When it comes to making money online what do you want?

I was talking to my good friend Teri the other day about my website. Teri asked me some great questions that i need to answer so I can give those who sign up exactly what they want. So I thought instead of guessing, I would come right to the good people of mylot and ask you. When it comes to making money online, what do you want? What is it about a money making website that would say, I have to join that site. Tell my what you want so I can give it to you. So mylot friends, what do you want in a money making website??

I want something that is legit. Something that will actually earn ME money, and not just YOU. I want a step-by-step system, (cause they all usually say its a step-by-step system)where the steps are actually provided, and support is actually given. When I think about making money online, I think about actually owning my own business, and excelling at a career that is founded on the web. And if it's not a step-by-step system, then whatever it is, should be fully explained and access to support be reachable. I have seen so many, cause I research the many that flood my mailbox, where people are emailing and calling for assistance, and they can't reach anybody. It would be nice if there is something out there that was more than just promoting a web site and and gaining high ranking on search engines, but I suppose that would be asking to much, anywho...I hope my ranting helped. LOL

LOL your ranting is very helpful. I know what you mean. having a step by step system in place is so helpful. it keeps people interested and the drop out rate is very low when you have a system like that. i can say just starting out, i don't know if i am going to have a help desk right away, however i will come up with something so people can contact me and get an answer in a reasonable amount of time. with the help of a great online money making guru, i am working on my step by step system right now. i am working on a free e-book that everyone will get when they sign up. it will be a step by step read explained in simple terms. thanks for the great advice

Well, one thing for sure, if the site is about money making, I would love to be able to really make money from it!
If not, have tips that actually tell you how to make money. Better yet, a step by step guide to achieve money.
It is really frustrating to go to a site claiming to be able to make you money. Then they bring you thru a barrage of site and pages, popups and lots of those testimonial, only to tell you, you have to pay him money to buy the information on how to get rich.
At the very least, give a sample of how to put money in my pocket to convince me that it works. Those testimonial, well, I do not know those people. How in the world would I know if they are true or solicited?
I hope you get what I mean.
Ranting here already. Will stop here for now.

provide them free softwares to use or better yet free pdf ebooks which you can get anywhere in the net like for example at warriorsforum where they share ebooks and you are allowed to give it away for free. give them the ebook once they signed in to your guestbook for your listbuilding purpose and then put in an autoresponder, it is like an rss feed to your guests who signed in but be sure to update them on what's new on your site everyweek.

i am don't know much about creating sofware, that is something i would have to put on my list of things to do. but i am creating a dowline building website. there will be a e-book giving to everyone that signs up. just how to book on how to make it work. there will be updates often and will be able to let everyone know what is new.
I am working on a monthly online meeting with members. to brainstorm and see what is going on with them.

I just want to be able to earn from a site and be paid on time for the work that I do. Alot of sites pay less than one cent for each task you do for them. That is a waste of time. I would have to join sites that pay good money for what we do for them. I'm not sure what kind of site you are starting so it is hard for me to say what I would like with it.

I like seeing earnings showed at least daily. I also like to see who else is on line. I guess to know more about what I like I would have to know more about the website.

that is something i will look into. seeing who else is online. not show if my script has that but i can look into it. you will not be able to see your daily earnings on the site. it isn't that kind of website. however i can look into it. it will tell you how many people you have in your downline and will allow you to contact them

I don't know about the rest of the world, lady, but a little 20 or 40 bucks a day can go a long way for internet lovers like me. Do you know of any site that pays like that ? If you did spread the good news. You'll have a following thats incredible. Most of these sites pay in cents. I still don't know why that is. I'm on this for fun and pleasure more than money 'cause the cash doesn't seem to be there. Very good question and thats my honest answer. Thank you.
