Something that you always carry.

I have a cell phone, but I no longer use it, b/c I live in an area where we do not have any good service, therefore, sometimes I will take it with me if I am driving far or driving at night, that way I will be able to call 911 in case of an emergency.

Yes, the cigs and lighter get put in my pocket or purse first thing, I am lost without those.

As for taking pictures, I have gotten so many good pics, that I would not have had the opportunity to take if I wasn't there at that moment with my camera, I love to take pictures.

I totally understand you. If I forget one of the items that I always take with me, I will also turn around and go back to get them,...well if I am not too far from home, if I get too far from home, I have to go without, with the gas prices these days, I can't really afford to do much back tracking. Sunglasses is something I need to add to my list. My eyes are sensitive to the sunlight and seem to always be without them when I need them most. I think I should buy a pair to leave in my glove compartment for those times when I really need them and forget mine in the house. Thanks for the response, have a wonderful day!

My days of having young kids is over, but oh how I do remember those days of feeling like I was carrying everything we owned..lol I have two boys who both have asthma, so I use to have to carry their aerosal machine, all the meds for the machine, their inhalers, their liquid meds, full diaper bag, my personal belongings, and all 3 kids..lol That was a lot then, I am so glad that now all I have to take is my important items that I don't want to leave the house without. You know, I should have added a drink to what I take with me every where I go. I always have a drink, usually some diet pop. If I don't have one, I stop to buy one. I love my lipstick too, that is something I like to have with me, but I don't mind too much if I forget it. I really have to have my chap stick though, my lips get chapped easily.
