You are right.As a responsible president what he has done is perfectly OK.This world has a threat from Terrorists. Who will control them other wise?At least he did it and took all the blame upon himself. He is a good man. Muslims should not think that Mr.Bush is against them just because he is against terrorists.

I have a different opinion on the whole war on "terrorists". I don't think they are as much as at threat as what we think they are, but the US has been in several confrontations. When you look at dammage and destruction, that has and will always happen. But I don't think the responsiblitiy of it can fall on one man. Even if they are an oil man.

What i meant was at least he took the pain and that cutdown the negative forces to a great extent.I liked the usage of "oil-man".

Your comments are interesting and something for everyone to think about. However, if Bush wanted to go to war just to take the oil then he didn't do a very good job of it. We have less oil than needed and our economy is going all to hell. We all want to support our countries and our leaders no matter how good or flawed they are so we are all going to see things differently. If we all agreed there wouldn't be war to begin with. I don't think Bush is a killer, he was just doing his job. Did he do everything right? Only time will tell. In the meantime it is interesting to hear everyone's opinions.

I beg a little to differ here pal. Tell me two of your neighbours fought would you go poke your nose into that fight. I would never do. I mean thats their business I am nobody to get involved. Specially when the whole neighbourhood says not to except for a few of my close freinds who happen to be my neighbours. Same has happened here, the close allies wanted to go but the other countries has specifically said that it was no business of US to go into Iraq. Same is happening with Iran.

I'm not into bashing and I will not berate anyone here. I have a very different view on who really started the 9-11 attack. I would be very open to hear what you have to say on this.

Osama bin Laden was responsible for 9-11. I can't believe you have lived in this country for the past 8 years and not know this. He is the reason we attacked Al Quaida in Afghanistan.

Please, lets not be rude. Where Osama bin Laden is a threat and has been since Oliver North was in hot water, I still will not believe that thier is not a link with Israel and pulling the US into their own battle of the oil fields.

The price of a gallon of gas doubled in the first 6 years of his "reign". Then we elected a Democrat majority in Congress, They managed to do the same thing in 17 months. Just in case you actually think the POTUS has Anything to do with the price of a gallon of gas.

No it's not BUSH who has "made the world hate us". It's People like Nana(9/C)Pelosi, Dickie Dirtbin, Harry Reid, and company that have opposed and obstructed everything he has tried to do. These people have NO regard for what is right for this country, All they care about is the next election. They have NO good Ideas, so their only option is to slander the POTUS and our military and keep their radical constituents In a tizzy so they will vote against the other guy. (That's why the 2004 election was "anybody but Bush", Remember that?)

Amen, Bdugas! My husband got a draft notice for the Army, but he wanted the Air Force so he went and joined - changed a 3 year to 4 years of military. He didn't go in for the money or the education, because, believe me, there was no getting rich on military pay when we were in there in the 60's! He did his duty because he was drafted. AND, 5 weeks after we married, about 8 months into his first year, he was sent to Thailand and the very next year, he was sent to Vietnam. Not once did he protest or call our leaders names. IT was his duty, as a citizen, to do what he did. Now days, the men and women join freely, unlike the ones drafted. The draftees had no choice, but they do now. And, they definitely know what might happen when they go in. And, you still find some of those who joined up and were sent to Iraq still rejoining when their time is up. You don't hear them grumbling because they feel a civic duty to their country. Praise to them we may stay safe!

I'm with you on the attitude of people calling Bush a killer. He does what he has to do in order to keep our country safe. In fact, who knows what might have happened had he not removed Hussein from power. I believe they had WMD's and they were safely removed to other countries simply because Hussein was given too much time before we attacked him. Intelligence gave the information to Bush and Congress for them to make the decision and they did. Now lots of those who believed what they heard/read will say they shouldn't have voted because they believed otherwise. They can't have their cake and eat it, too. Most seem to think they can just 'think something else', and it removes their vote - won't happen. Americans remember the hypocrites. Only thing is, we can't remove them from power because so many forget what they've done or haven't done.
