It is more difficult for a lazy person. Losing weight was never an easy task, it is always difficult. There are physical and emotional challenges. Take care =)

well..i wanna lose more weights to reach my target,.:) though it's soo uneasy for me to do it regularly..There're times i actually told myself not to eat too much but i just cant help myself.lol..sometimes i am too lazy to do it anyway.ughh..

I dont think so i think that everyone that wants to lose weight struggles. It takes alot of control on your part.

I used to think it was easy when I was younger but it sure isnt anymore. I used to eat what ever I wanted and now if I walk by a cake I gain weight. I never believed it would be harder when I was older but it really is. The best time to lose weight is now, it will only get harder from here.

It's never been easy to lose weight. A person who wants to lose weight needs a lot of determination, time, and effort. I WISH that losing weight is as easy as eating my favorite food..........

It is not an easy task man. It requires lot of will power to reduce and modify the kind of foods you eat in a single go. The doctor has advised me to reduce 20 kilos, but I'm doing nothing about it. I'm a lazy fellow who just whiles away time sleeping and eating most of the time.

Sadly, it really isn't that easy. You have to be mentally, emotionally, and physically prepared for it. You need to have the right attitude when you engage in weight loss. of course, you'll have to endure hours of workouts and you'll need to manage your time well. You should be consistent with your exercise or you'll lose metabolism if you rest for long.
Another part is the diet. It plays a major role in weight loss. It is not necessarily to deprive ourselves with food but we have to have a balanced meal in order to lose weight effectively. It should consist of several small meals instead of 3 big meals. Divide vegetables, fruits, rice, meat equally per day. And finally, you need to keep yourself motivated. Always keep your eyes on your goal and aim for it. That's just the overview of it. take care.

If it weren't so incredibly hard, I wouldn't be fat! It's beyond difficult, no matter how much people exercise. I'm too lazy and too busy to do what I know I need to do.

I don't think losing weight is easy. I don't think it is for most people. There might be some who can lose it easy, but not most. It's not just a thing of being lazy, there are other things that can make it hard. Willpower being one. External stuff can make it harder (other people in your life, your job/schedule can all make it harder). There are lots of factors that can make it hard.
