Good grief! I lost 10 points overnight!

You mean your star is back at 0 now? Or you lost 10 prom the number in parenthesis? Sorry I'm confused. I did lose a few points from my star one time and have no idea why.

I am right up there with you.. Last night I started noticing a large drop, I should have been up to I'm guessing about 635 or more, then I ended up dropping down to like 619, and that was while I was in the process of responding and stuff, so I wasn't even seeing my number going up because it was dropping so bad! But I have an idea of the situation that caused these deletions, it makes me a bit mad, but I'm trying not to worry about it. So far I haven't seemed to lose money, and actually looking at my daily earnings, it appears that one of my days a few days ago was actually adjusted upward! So I'm really just hoping to not see a drastic earning drop, because I have been working so hard. That's the thing that bothers me! We all work so hard and then things get deleted! None of the discussions I have posted ever got deleted luckily! And I try to stay away from posts that I know would get deleted, but I'm guessing I don't have the best judgement OR like you said, there are trolls. That is one of my guesses. There seems to be a lot of drama going on right now, and it's really getting depressing, I am trying to avoid the drama though, and just stick to writing and enjoying it. Anyway, sorry to hear that you lost a lot of point also.

To be frank I have never kept track of my points at all. Even now I don't know exactly how many points I have. I just post and respond to discussions I am interested in, ask my doubts, share my thoughts and that's it. I'm not sure if my score has ever come down at any time. Even if it did I wouldn't have noticed - but then, that's just me!

I had not done a lot yesterday due to my going out to the Mall of America and a Loal Minneapolis Park for photos for future discussions. I did notice when I got home late at night that a lot of the email notifications I had got deleted. I had maybe 25 from a few different friends that this occured to. Now do you know if you have any of your discussions deleted at all possibly? I avoid so many discussions here as of late to avoid the point and cash losses from responding to them. I am sorry to know that! I have not lost any points but star rating has been reduced from 10 to 9, I dont know why? I am sad...

I lost I think 9 last night too. That is the first time I have really lost that many. I guess I am glad to know that someone else is having the issue. Although this is not good for either of us.

mentalward perhaps we both responded to the s ame discussuions 'that evidently weredeleted and I also lost ten points and I thought I was responding to discussions that had not broke' any rules.woe is me I am trying to fulfill a quota and to lose a lot of points makes it almost impossible. no its not trolls its mylot itself deleting stuff. one day I went down twenty and boy was I upset. grrrrr.

I lost five overnight too. There's no telling what may have happened, but as long as I'm still earning, I'm not going to complain.

You are not the only one who lost points. I responded at least 10 but to my disgrace, my number of posts didn't change. It got stuck to 169. I checked on my discussions that I've replied to, all those I've responded are still there. Or if my posts or responses were deleted, it should affect my earnings right. But my earnings didn't change. I've posted about this situation as soon as possible so I would know if someone is experiencing it too. Hope this gets fixed. I exerted my effort on those lost points. I personally did not experience this. Maybe I've lost a few post long before, I guess 5 or something, overnight. But this friend of mine, my BOF dhangski posted her own discgrace earlier about losing about 10 of her responses. She posted a lot as she mentioned in her discussion, but her number of posts was stuck. KEEP SMILING = NEIL

I have not had this done to me in a while. The last time it ever happend to me was like a month ago. I signed up April 25,2008 and I believe it was because I got caught up in leaving my opinio on a discussion that MyLot found breaking the rules. It had to do something kind of like what is going on now with all the break out fights. I try to be good and follow th rules I want to be fair to everyone and not lose my points. Have I wanted to join in on some of the discussions that have been going on now like they are? yes but chose not to because I know I would get penitized for it and I don't want that. Yes, I lost 30 points overnight a couple of nights ago. However, I was expecting it, as a troll from another site had caught up with me and it was only a matter of time. It's only a star though, not the end of the universe as I know it. I'll keep on enjoying the nice people I've met and the interesting conversations and topics!

yes ive been reading this a lot today it happened to me and i had no idea what was going on, i thought i had offended some one and i had no idea who or why as i had msg stating what happened .. hugssss

hi friend,i can understand your concerning. and i also have experienced this matter with the new changes on mylot.I also have lost 5 stars without a reason.I think many people has met this..so i also don't know why? is it a system error,or does our star can go up again?lol.
