Do you feel that when you are old day by day, you could not remember so much thing? Maybe when last second, you know what you want to do ,however, you forget in the next second? Do you have this experience?

Hehe, you could make a record on a paper, then you could not easily forget the thing!

Yes I have this experience all the time and it is so frustrating. Your not kidding when you say 'in the next second' it is like a milisecond sometimes lol. I can be cleaning my bedroom, head to the utility room for the dust cloth and polish. Next thing I know I'm standing in the den wondering what I was going to do next. It makes me want to scream. Usually I go back to where I started and the thought comes back. I'm surprised I even remember where I started at in the first place.

I am forty years old and I do have a tendency to be forgetful. Like walking from one room to the next and forgetting what I was going to do. Sometimes I forget what someone was saying and I am trying to get better with remembering names. Sometimes I think that tiredness can contribute to forgetting. I believe that there are some methods in trying to remember things better.
