When I was young I was crazy about the Neverending story, I just loved to wathc it over and over and could almost dream every sentence of the movie. I always used to wish I had a flying dog like the character in the movie had. When I saw it a while back I did not think it wo so terrific anymore. It just goes to show that when you grow up your imagination gets different too. What was your favorite movie as a child?

I 'm so sorry for coming in so late. I remember that during my childhood days, I liked movies like Moon runner, Never ending stories etc and cartoon films like Tom & jerry, Popeye, Loony Toons etc.

My favorite childhood movie was the animated version of Robin Hood, with the foxes. It's a Disney movie. When I was kid, I new every single line. I should buy in on VHS just to amuse my inner child.

i love Neverending Story. The elf there looked like my aunt so my siblings and i always laughed at that part. I cried at the part when Bastian lost his horse on the quick sand, and i wished that my dog could fly too. I got scared with the talking rocks, even had nightmares with it. But then i loved watching it over and over, maybe because I want to see the princess and bastian again and again... Also, I love the movie Mac and Me... I wish i could meet an alien someday and be friends with him too.

lol thats funny. ya i have to say that was a good movie. did you see all three of them? i really didnt like the last one to much. personally i think that they should have ended it with the second one. wow nightmares about the talking rock thats crazy. i think that the talking rock was the best one in the movie. i have to say that i would be very cool to meet an alien and become friends with it.

It is a norwegian film called "Flåklypa Grand prix". It is about an inventor and his two helpers that races their car. It feels like you are in the car when the race is on, and I remember how cool that was. It is also about a small strange community, about friendship, unfair competitions and about love. One of the helpers falls inlove with the Sheiks daughter.

That's so long long time ago, my favorite is Pinocchio, it was the very fist animated film and Disney movie I've seen on the big screen and my first movie house experience. I was already in grade school then actually in my 4th grade and I could very much remember how I enjoyed it so much.

I'd have to say The Wizard of Oz, guess you can tell that I'm an oldster. I still watch it when it comes on television. I thought and still think it's wonderful with all the music and action. I enjoy seeing how my grandchildren watch it so intently as I did the first time.

I have to agree with sherlock27, The Wizard of Oz was and still is a favorite. It's is like a tradition in my home, I grew up watching it and then my children watched it and I'm pretty sure my grandchildren will as well.

The Wizard of Oz! I wanted to be Dorothy as a little girl, and I loved all the characters, especially Toto, haha -- I even listened to an audio tape of the movie at night before going to bed. Such a classic!

Oh...my...can I remember that far back? Star Wars...the original trilogy, that is. Oh my goodness. They were the coolest movies ever. I remember how we had to wait years between the movies. I guess that just made the next installment that much better. I also loved Goonies. I remembered feeling like I was right there with them...exploring and finding the "rich stuff." Princess Bride. I think I was a bit older (not so much a kid) but I loved the story. It had everything; adventure, true love, comedy, action, and very few "naughty words." In fact I think there was only one...near the end. I also loved the Raiders series. Amazing action and great stories. I am sure I am missing a bunch! I know I loved Disney movies when I was little...however, I do not really remember a "favorite." Obviously...I watched a lot of movies. :-) Still do.
