Was that last relay race with Michael Phelps awesome or what!

Totally awesome! I was rocking back and forth in my seat as I was egging them on and holding my breath all at the same time! Very exciting race for Phelps 8th gold medal! Whew! And the race with 41 yr. old Dara Torres winning the silver medal was just as exciting! Really great sports!

I was in the midst of doing two finals in my online classes but still managed to catch all of the finals and most of the qualifiers of his races. The man is an amazing athlete, and he truly earned his medals. What a performance!

Yes, I watched both of them achieve their medals in their sports. It has been an awesome olympics to watch this year. Especially watching Michael Phelps achieve 8 gold medals and set world records too!

I was so mad at my self I stayed up to watch Michael and while the girls were swimming I blinked and fell asleep and waking up when the race was over. I did get to see that race the next day but that isn't the same. I was cheering him on to get his 8 medals.

It is nice to see his success. He is one of the few people I actually watched.
