Thank you and I am sure this info will be very helpful to a lot of people..it is always so hard to find solutions and good products to knee pain...this one must be exceptionally good!

My mother-in-law took Move Free Advance for a very long time and it helped her considerably. She never mentioned having any side effects either. She swore it helped her to continue walking. Have you had any side effects from this medication?

I have a messed up lower back which effects one hip which causes me lots of pain all the time. I do know that part of my problem is arthritis, x-rays were taken, and I only take Advils once in awhile when the pain gets really bad. I don't do well on actual pain pills because they keep me awake and most often upset my stomach.

Wow this sounds like it has made a incredible differnece to you especially as you can now walk back round the local lake pain free again. Luckily, touch wood, I don't suffer but thanks for sharing for those that do and could also benefit from this. Ellie :D

That is so wonderful that you have found the Move Free Advance to help heal your knee pain. I am surprised the glucosamine and chondroitin didn't help as I've heard really great things about those 2 substances.

Have you looked to see what's in Move Free Advance? I'm just wondering if it's aspirin or something like that. Anyhoo, good for you that you've been able to resume exercise. That is so important to living a healthy lifestyle.

I've never heard of this Jill... but so glad that it worked for you. I had to have my knees replaced with implanted knee joints. I couldn't even sit down with my feet under me.. they would be all stretched out and people would have to step over my legs because the knee joints wouldn't bend. I couldn't get up and out of a chair without being helped out because I couldn't get my feet under me... now with the new joints I am doing much better. I still have some pain though sometimes... I think it is the ligaments that have been attached to the artificial joint sometimes shorten too much and cause me pain.

Thnx so much for this. Years ago (when I was 22/23 approx)I had gone trekking without any prior training and youth egged me on for weeks without a thought for my legs. Sometime after that, a nagging pain started in my knees and I do think that overstress has damaged the cartilage in my knees. But I have never visited the doc since I am too scared of medications and the scalpel. The pain increases and decreases and I have somewhat got used to it…I do some exercises like lifting the knee and such and sometimes I apply anti-inflammatory gels at night (which helps)…do you think Move will help? I see the ads on TV but have never used it.

Have you ever heard of this. You take 1 pint Gordens Gin. 1 box golden raisins. Mix togeither in glass jar. leave set for 7 day's. then eat nine raisins aday with big spoon. I got this from a man at work who no longer hurts old family thing. oh my gosh it is nasty. But it works. Has to be golden raisins. gross. Gordens Gin gross. I almost get sick everytime. but now I can just not chew which is better. cheaper to. Have you heard of this?

My left knee has been giving me a fit for about 6mo. and seems to be getting worse rather than better. So anything is worth a shot right about now.
