Today my daughter, Jamilyn, (just turned 8 months today)has learned to climb onto our couch. Now she is learning to climb on our end tables. She is such a daredevil. She doesn't care that it is a foot and a half off the floor. She just climbs right up and grabs whatever she can. lol. Then to get down she slides off the couch, and falls onto her bum. It is so adorable, but wow do they grow so fast. I can remember just having her. Does your little one have daredevil tendencys? What is your childs favorite new thing to do? Do you think they grow to fast, or not fast enough? Please share any stories.

My daughter is 19 months old and she has been on the go from day one. She started climbing up a flight of stairs at 7 months old. Climbing on the back of the couch was a favorite thing around 10 months old. This week it is climbing on top of the kitchen cabinets. I had to take the knobs off the drawers to keep her from climbing them.

Aww... thank goodness we don't have stairs, she tries to climb them at my mom's. I wonder where she gets all of her energy from. hehe.

My baby is 17 years old, she used to explore but not like that and yes, they grow up too fast.

I never realized how fast time went, until I had my daughter. Now it just goes by way to fast. I realized now how my mother felt when she said, " I can't believe how fast all my babies grew up." It just flys by without notice until you sit and think about it.

Hahahahaa - get used to it! My daredevil daughter is now 25 and enjoys parachuting, bungee jumping, abseiling - anything from a great height or at a great speed! I ask her to tell me about it AFTER she's done it, rather than before. Some people are just born without a fear gene - and the rest of us have to get used to it.

Oh my...Yeah I think my daughter will take after her father in that way, because he is the same way. He loves thrills, and anything fast. So I have the feeling she will get her "bravery" from him. lol.
