Do you say " I'm sorry " all the time ?

I'M SORRY to disagree, but apologizing isn't a sign of weakness to me. It's a sign of strength and confidence. People who can't admit they're wrong have a real problem! I never thought of it as a way to diffuse a situation, so I'll be watching for that.

Before when i was in the Philippines i dont much say sorry but when i get here in Sweden i learn to always say sorry when i done wrong or do wrong.I use to it cause all people here use to say that also thank you so much like that.Many swedish people are really kind.

I can understand where apologizing can seem like a sign of weakness. Almost like backing down from a situation. However I do believe that saying sorry and also forgiving is a sign of strength. It is not easy to say sorry in some cases but can show a sign of growth for some people who have a hard time being open minded or objective. I think that people appreciate when someone apologizes. I know that I do. I think that saying sorry is a very mature thing to do.
