When I was a teen I used to lift weights with some friends. I had 15 inch arms and we all tried to develop really good-looking muscular bodies. Have you ever done this ?

I currently go to the gym four times a week, and I lift weights, currently I am concentrating on the triceps and biceps, the triceps are probably the hardest muscle to develop. It's also about eating the right foods as well. It takes a lot of patience because muscle development can be very slow. You have to keep at it, constantly. It does also get addictive as well. I tend to tone up when I can, as I do prefer to be on the exercise machines like the treadmill, bike and stepper.

I find the rowing machine the most difficult, I easily get bored and tired out on that, and it's the least favourite cv machine. I love the cross trainer too, I can go for an hour on it, I get carried away I guess. I have missed you my friend ;0)

Hello bluepatch. When I was young, I tried to practise lifting weight, but I did not insist on doing so as I found it hard to lift it. It was one of my dreams to be a man with a lot of muscle, but I failed due to my lack of perseverance. I admire you to have made it with a good-looking muscular body. Keep it up, friend.

this is funny and you wont believe it probably but when i was in my early 40's years, my one son would meet with friends in his basement and i'd go over there also and lift weights with them. he used to brag about how his little tiny mom (i was thin then) could lift more then them sometimes. it was great fun.

I first started lifting weights as a way of controlling my weight and I started to play football. Most of my weight was fat, and it mostly changed to muscle, though I weighed more. Couldn't play football in school because I was too big, so I continued to play football in my neighborhood, and continued lifting weights. I still lift weights. Now I go after heavy weights because that is where I am feeling my strongest at the current moment. My goal is to grow large, powerful muscles because I love having excessive strength and mass.
