If an ATHEIST tells you "There is no God!"

I wouldn't even honor his statement by arguing with him. If he believes that, let him be.

I live by my belief, I'll let have his... as long as nobody is pressuring his belief on anybody.

I have gone through your statement with references very carefully, but to avoid an controversy and giving dimensions of the belief and disbelief I choose to remain silent on the lines you wanted to respond. Otherwise I would have get you satisfied with the teachings from the Great SIKH Religion which I think you will not understand( full of sacrifices for the cause of humanity)

I beleive in a creator.
But I dont belive every thing put in the bible. for how did they count the years when some lived to ne 900 years old!

I choose to believe that there is a God because life would have no meaning is there is no spiritual world. Life would only be an empty material world.

The religion and science have oposite ways to explain the things.

At this time i belive in the science, for me, there is no God.
Everyone must belive in something thats gives him strengh to live.
I don't say that in future i don't belive in god. All depends of the way my life takes. It's a old discussion without a right answer

No doubt your subject might be confused for the believer, For non believer they would be not interested as they know and believe that nothing is named almighty GOD! only for the sake of discussion's comments, I like to say you that; the topics already remarkable so it is really bad for us those we who believe on almighty GOD, as you know, we are middle class economy in our country and living in a very simple life, our kids and partners where earnings are limited, so we know and willing always that my situation will be change and god is there, we feel satisfy by thinking upto that, as without god know one can rescue us from this deep situation i mean financial, while we are working, typing and keeping our comments more and more in mylot for mylotters use. hmmmm the reality is!!! no matter how arguement you have, the object that we are expecting is always HANGING, because we all know that we are in the situation that NO ONE CAN PROVE that there is a god or not

Believers cannnot prove God by citing verses. Atheists also cannot prove that there is no God, though they are in a better position. I don't think there is any solid proof about God. All said that he is all merciful, benevolent is a joke. See the misery in the world and the grief stricken people. What harm do even children do? Either there is no God or He is indifferent.

I am an atheist. I will not tell you what to believe because that is your choice and i will not shove my belief down your throat, so please respect that.

I live in a predominantly catholic country and all our ways of life were affected by religion that if you believe otherwise, you are the odd man out. How in the world would you believe in a religion that kills people that do not believe in it. Look at the crusades, the side of christians during the WWII in europe, the use of religion to conquer the Philippines and kill those that do not want to be baptized. Why would the vatican hide what were written in the dead sea scrolls and the recent judas scrolls?

Ever wonder why the religious are so insulting, so hypocritical when they deal with non believers? It is because religion does not guarantee its believers to be good. Being good, just and human is a product of experience, training and choices, not religion.

I have seen the movie about the Holy Mary's apparition in Lourdes. At the end of the movie there was a title saying something on these lines, that for the believers this film does not add nothing to their faith while for the atheist nothing will make him or her believe. I think that its by our personal example non believers can start "believing" in God's existence not by our word.
