If an ATHEIST tells you "There is no God!"

I have had an Atheist tell me that there is no God. My response was that for them to be an Atheist they had to accept the existence of God to be able to call themselves an Atheist and reject God. Then I asked them if there was Air to breath. They said yes. I asked them how they know, you can't see it, yet you have an expectation that it is there. They had no response.

WOW! Exactly my respones it never ceases to amaze that when someone say's they don't believe in God how can they justify that, and you know nine times out of ten when you ask them to explain where they come from they can't or they either stumble around for a few seconds and come up with some off the wall response. One that I like to throw out there is I often am told they don't believe in God because they cann't see him so how do they know He exist? Well you need air to breath right but you can't see it.

Would I even talk to such a person past that point? Probably not. He or she will soon enough find out that there IS a God and that their very soul is at stake.

I would tell him that no amount of arguing, bible thumping, or persuasion will convince him otherwise, The only thing that will convince anyone is the spirit of Jesus Christ. Once a person feels that spirit tell him that He exists there is no turning back. I challenge any questioning person to study, pray, and seek the spirit. If he doesn't feel it, then he is free to be an atheist!

I don not understand why the believers want everybody to believe in God. Is it anybody;s problem if I do not believe in God.
Maybe the believers are not absolutely sure that God exists. That is why when somebody says that God definitey does not exist, they get angry.
Of course, atheists cannot prove that God does not exist. But is there any believer who can give proof that God exists?
AIR - You can feel it.
Gravity - YOu can jump off a building and experience gravity.
Heartbeat - You can hear it.
But God? Can anybody see, hear, feel, experience, smell or taste it?
What about God? He popped out from nothing? OH, he was always there, isn't it? But how do you know?
I say the unvierse was already there, already existed. Before the creation, the unvierse existed in the form of nothing, in its unmanifested state. Then the universe manifested itself into forms, the universe you see today. The universe is without a beginning and neither a end.
I am 100% sure that God is imaginary. And I am not going to argue about it. The believers get angry with the aatheists because somewhere, deep down, the believer is doubtful about the existence of God. And I can understand that doubt. How can anybody be 100% sure that something which does not exists really exists?
If God exists, then why is his telephone number not given in Bible and Koran? Why is his address not given?
And to the believers, please tell me how God looks like. Is he thin? fat? tall? short? What hairstyle has he got? What clothes does he wear? What chappals does he use? has he got a bathroom, kitchen etc..?
Last of all, I have nothing against anybody's beliefs.

if there is no god there is no human race no existance we would all not exist god has created humans n matter what if ur non-beleiver you will understand one day maybe u still dont beleive but u will suddenly see a gods doing in your face u wil see him do sumthing remarkable for your life if u dont beleive or you do he is everywhere and will help u if u just need and truly need it

I would say, "That is your own belief" I don't judge anyone by what they believe in. Some atheists may have believed in God before and had something terrible happen to cause them to not believe anymore. You never know why people believe or don't believe. I for one do believe but it is their own business whether they do or not. Not for me to judge or preach to them.:)

I am a believer and i believe in God. If the atheist tells me like that it doesnt matter at all because it is a matter of choice, as you said free will, you have ability to believe it or not. but i feel sorry for them because they could see the real meaning of ife. I have faith in God and for me God is present everywhere and anywhere it is tested and proven that he exist. I believe that their is someone out there that is more powerful and have the ability to create thing that is beyond our imagination.

I would like to think there was a God and all but who knows? He could be right for all we know. I wouldn't argue with him. He is as entitled to his thoughts and beliefs as anyone else. I would just listen to him.
