What does it mean to give more than 100%? Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100%? We have all been in situation where someone wants you to give over 100%. How about achieving 100%. what equals 100% in life? Does it mean a complete satisfaction in your present life like wealth, health and spirituality?

Right, it is the bench mark for giving the best in whatever you do.

To me, this means giving all that's expected, then adding the unexpected. Bringing new ideas to a project would top 100%, as would preparing visual aids or explanations for the recipient.

I think by giving 100%, means, that you give it all you got, no matter if it gets you anywhere or not. At least you gave it your all and your best to try to achieve whatever it may be.

Yes, you got the point there. I am 100% satisfied with your answer here.

I do not know what it means exactly, but I do not know it could applied to a person giving it all to an aread in their life and that they are lacking in others so much, that is feels that they put more than 100% (it could be mostly work, putting too many hours there, lacking a family life, a social life, etc)

Thats right, a 100 percent is fully loaded, no more cargo you see XD. You cant run a 120% percent because then you just couldnt do it because 100% is your maximum.

there are some people who always say confidently by giving 101% commitment or giving the result of the poll is 101% win. 100% is no longer the basis of true measurement when one is overly confident.
