Do you report rule breakers?

Sometimes, if there is what I think is something pretty minor, I just try to let the person who violated a rule to read the guidelines on what to post and what not to post. If it is blatant rule breaking such as slamming members of mylot or mylot, I have reported them.

I know exactly who you reported & why. Don't feel bad, your not alone. I reported him or her as well. This person has been stalking My Lot all day posting these disgusting discussions with foul words & gross porngraphic photos. I have reported them a number of times today & I will continute to do so as long as they post such things. Not everyone on My Lot are adults. We have some younger members as well. They shouldn't have to see such filth as that. There is enough of that on the internet everywhere else if anyone actually wants to see such things.

I know the one you are referring to. For some reason, there a people here on Mylot, who are saying Mylot is under attack. I do not know what that is all about, but they seem to keep coming back with different usernames. I didn't report it, because I am sure other mylotters have done so already. They keep getting blocked, and coming back. What is going on??????

Of course I do. I think you did the right thing reporting those people. This being MyLot, I'm sure those people will be stopped before too long, and the crap will be removed from your discussions. Good for you for reporting them. I don't know why people think they can get away with that.

i agree you should report it and i would deffinalty report it this is a place where people can come and speak what on thier minds share ideas and good wishes, so why should some idiot ruin it for every one, i sure would not tolerate it if someone left a nasty comment on one of my discussions, i dont care what i wrote we are suppose to be adults here! and nasty pictures no way this isnt playboy people they need to stiffen on mylot and not allow anyone to do those kind of things. keep your head up keep writing

Of course I do. MyLot cannot police all of its users, so we have to help. Each of us has to decide what line to draw in order to report, but it sounds like you definitely had a reason to do so. You know, kids get on here. We have to help protect them.

Hi sweet, there was only one time in a friends discussion
that some wierdo got into that I had heard was doing the
same thing in other peoples discussions too. I and some
other people reported him and he supposedly had already
been kicked out of mylot before but somehow kept getting
back in. That was the only time that I've ever had to
report anyone for abuse and again it wasn't just me doing
it there were other people that saw what was happening in
the discussion and the person who's discussion it was. I'm
sorry that you had a problem with someone. That's really
a shame. This site is supposed to be about other things
and not about garbage.

Absolutely yes if someone were to put something really offensive in my discussion I would ask staff to remove it. I like to keep myLot clean. I would report inappropriate referral links, too, if someone put them in one of my discussions, and if they spam my profile with them, I delete the spam and then delete that person from my friend list.
