A Vote for Obama is a Vote For the CEOs of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Obama has long been in the pocket of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He looks to Frank Raines and Jim Johnson (leaders of Fannie Mae who pocketed millions in golden parachute) for economic advice. Obama has long looked to criminals for advice, so voting for him is voting for these criminals. Supporting him is supporting Golden Parachutes for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac CEOs and their golden parachutes. The Democrats have long spoken out against such things, but I guess if it helps their guy win, they really don't care.

The facts... you should learn a few. Raines and Johnson were both leaders who got out with Golden Parachutes before the fall, Obama looks to both of them for advice in his campaign. Campaign advisors have a habit of becoming cabinet members after their guy wins.

Jeeeez when will the American people realize that all politicians have ties to this for goodness sake, we have criminals that get caught and we have criminals that dont. I am so tired of hearing this one knows that one, it does not mean that they agree with everything. Hello folks have you not realized that the media will fabricate and omit things for you to sway one way. This is true for all the parties!

You know, the most mindless argument against any point is "it is true for both sides". Show me the republican that has included Raines or Johnson in their campaigns. Show me documented proof that what you say is true.

I did not mean that the republicans had direct ties with them but I am sure if the digging went far enough you will find some kind of ties that they do have that are shady as well. Some get caught and others do not when it comes to politics. Do you think it is a smart idea to have a POW as a president, don't you think after a period of 5 years held prisoner that he has some mental issues post traumatic stress or something? He will keep us in war for no reason but his personal experience. We can dig things up on anyone if you are willing to spend that kind of time.

Why do you feel like you have to attack his service to make your point? Has he had any signs of losing it in the last 20 years? No. So what is your point? Are you saying that no one who has worked in a job connected to PTSD should ever be president? What a cheap shot!

..there's a lot of shadowy things and characters in Obama's past political life.. Was it Pres. Bush who warned against trouble coming through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac a couple of years ago? But the democrats blocked every effort to do anything.

You are absolutely correct about Raines and Johnson. The Republicans had warned on numerous occasions that Freddie and Fannie were going to blow up if changes were not made. Democrats didn't care, because it was through these orgainizations that they were pushing affirmative action housing at the expense of everyone else. I had heard awhile back about Jesse Jackson getting contributions from Freddie and Fannie and I couldn't figure that out. Now the truth is out that the democrats were using it as a slush fund, also. And yet, the democrats keep telling us that big business is the enemy. Hogwash! djbtol

Oh the Democrats cared alright. If they didn't play interferance for Johnson and Raines, their bribe cash cow would dry up.

Thanks for getting the word out. I'll be watching this thread to see if anyone disagrees with you. It does disappoint me McCain was for the bailout, too.

True, it is disappointing that McCain was for it, but I'm not talking about the bail out here, I am talking about Obama's history with Raines and Johnson.

Let me be the first to say it. "It is not out of the question that 0bama's relationship with the Fannie and Freddie exec's could involve criminal activity.". A grand jury has been called and has begun investigating. 0bama should be a person of interest for at least suspicion of bribery and illegal campaign contributions. At a minimum 0bama is guilty of putting self and party ahead of country, being a hypocrit, and having no shame. Whether or not 0bama has done anything criminal is yet to be determined.

He is part of ACORN and knowingly worked to further their voter fraud agenda. Investigations and charges are for the courts, I am free to see the evidence and decide for myself. Of course, the only recourse I have with my findings is work to help others see it to and not vote him. I can think and say what I want about Obama, but I can't bring him to justice... that IS dependent on indictments and trials.
