I make chocolate chip cookies a lot. When I want to have them warm, I pop some in the microwave and warm them for 10-15 seconds. Then they taste like they just came out of the oven. I like them warm and the chocolate is soft and a little runny. Yummy! What about you, do you like warm, soft cookies?

Your post just make me want to bake some now. I do like freshly baked cookies. Or just warmed. And i like them crisp and chewy. I save cookie batter in the fridge sometimes and just pop them in the oven for 10 minutes when i crave for some fresh ones. Then, voila! Fresh cookies, warm, soft and chewy.

Good idea. I'll have to try that the next time I make cookies. Thank you for the reply.

Definitely! I was pillaging through the cupboards earlier tonight trying to find something to bake. I had the oven going from dinner and I wanted to bake chocolate chip cookies when I was done, but I forgot I am out of brown sugar. I decided I'll try to make some cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I've never made any before, so this should be fun.

Sounds like fun. I'll have to try some one day. My daughter has a recipe for the ones that taste like Cinnabuns. Take a while to make tho. Have fun, enjoy.

I like cookies fresh out of the oven when they are almost still hot enough to burn your mouth. I also like them later on cold. I don't normally take the time to heat them back up. One of the customers that buys my oatmeal raisin cookies all the time tells me that he likes to pop them in the microwave and have them warm with a cup of coffee.

I love to cook but can't bake cookies to save my life!! I love soft cookies and warm even better. Since I don't bake I rarely have them warm and never thought to heat them up. Peanut butter is my all time favorite. I don't like the crispy cookies at all, they have to be soft. Oh boy, I'd love to have one right now...see what you started Have a good night.

Yes, I do love warm chocolate chip cookies. They are my favorite. I can't make them because I will eat every last one of them. When our kids were little and I was baking for a school function, I'd eat them as fast as they came out of the oven. Miss Piggy here so I quit volunteering to make treats.

i love cookies, be it warm or otherwise. when my mom bakes cookies, she bakes batches of them. if we weren't able to finish all of them (which is not usually the case), we keep them in an air-tight container. for me, warm cookies are good with ice cream. we even make ice cream sandwiches with them. wow! this is making me hungry. unfortunately, i have no cookies with me. but i have a pint of ice cream. :D
