Fewer people have heart attacks the Monday after the fall time change. In Sweden, there were 5 percent fewer heart attacks after the time change in the fall.Daylight saving time in the United States ends this year at 2 a.m. Sunday. Sleep can affect blood pressure, inflammation and other heart factors, doctor says. Do you sleep better with the time change? I still get up about the same time. If you are awake now like me at 3:20 AM GO TO BED!

I do stay up till odd early hours of the morning. Like this morning I didn't get in the bed till after 5 a.m. and do this on a regular basis of staying up to 3-6 o'clock. I am usually online or reading a book on rare occasions watching television.

Almost forgot..my mom said I have always been a night owl she thinks it was because my dad had a daytime job and worked till 1 a.m and I was always up and he would get me out of my crib and play with me for over a hour or so get me wired up for another hour, then give me my bottle and I would go to sleep. I still stay up late I just always have.

That makes perfect sense too. We all need to get our rest to keep our heath up to parr. Thanks for sharing this with us.

I for one love that extra hour of sleep that I get when the time changes. I can almost always use an extra hour of sleep. Maybe with the time change this weekend I can catch up a little on my sleep. Tell that baby to quit kicking you so you can sleep!
