I am feeling very tired and depressed and stressed out. How to deal it? I think it is mainly due to work pressure.

I find pumping music to get me going in the AM and relaxing music that is slow to put me to sleep is a big help. Plus try to get some walking in every day if you can. Really relax on your weekends as much as you can, too. With college, you may have to work on the weekends, too. Take care

Thank you for best response. You've been hard at work with the best responses.
Also reading a boring book before going to sleep helps. I've been doing that lately.

I can understand you being tired due to work pressure. But I'd be concerned about the depression if it doesn't go away, and the stress, which as I understand it is closely related to depression. Perhaps you should speak to your doctor about it if it doesn't, because it could get worse if untreated. I myself have what I believe to be chronic low-grade depression (as well as an anxiety disorder), a long-term but relatively non-serious form of depression, which can seriously inhibit your activity (it certainly has mine). I recently decided to do something about it to try and give myself a better chance in terms of success and professional fulfillment after years of underachievement. I hope your depression lifts soon.

First of all, you need to take out time for yourself and just relax. I was in the same state that you were at one point, and believe me, that is no fun a t all. It seems like you have time to do everything else for everybody but yourself. Sress can become a big factor of a persons life and can lead to a lot of difficulties in a person lifestyle as well. You need to RELAX, AND EXHALE. TAKE SOME TIME OUT OF YOUR BUSY SCHEDULE FOR YOU!!!!! You are only human, and your body can only take so much. Like my mother tells me...."You only live once". And i know that when you have a job, you have duties and obligations to assist to and complete. But try not to let these issues on your job rub off on you. The first part in this whole ordeal is for you to to say, "Yeah i have a job, but i have to live for myself also, i have to do for me and take care of me" Once you get that through your head and set your mind to doing that, i know that you would feel a whole lot better. I wish you the best of luck so kick your feet up and and enjoy your life.
~ Good Luck Ajithlal~
