I have been told something shocking from two different people..

sometimes, what we experience is just psychological. It's because we are thinking all about it then we could imagine that we are seeing something or somebody. But I also believe that there is really a spirit either bad or good. Good spirit comes from God and the bad one comes from the devil. If you have that good spirit whom you said a guide? that would be wonderful. A good spirit is not scary to look at and would absolutely tells you to do good things. But if this tells you to do the opposite, You would know who that spirit from.

Why are you afraid? So you don't believe in the paranormal? I wish I was more aware of my spirit Guides. Most of the time I think that we areso busy and our minds are so cluttered that we aren't able to tune in to our guides. For you to be aware of them like this, you should really pay attention. The white figure was most likely the Spirit Guide they told you about. Do you know anyone who has passed away from cancer? Or anyone who has recently passed away? Try to find out who they could be. Keep us posted.

It could very well be your spirit guide or guardian Angel, don't be frighten he is protecting you so welcome him/her, I have four spirit Guides at the moment and I often felt them round me and may years ago I saw the first one.

Hi cream, I think that if it is a Spirit Guide that you should
not be afraid. That means that it is a good spirit and it is
there to watch over you. I have thought that I might have seen
things too, but could never be sure. Maybe you did see something.
But I honestly would not be afraid. A Spirit Guide who is
there to watch over you is there to protect you and is not going
to do you harm. Try to do as others have told you and speak
to it. I don't know if that will help because I don't think
that they can answer, but ask it to give you some sort of sign.
Try to that if you think you feel it's presence.

Don't worry, as long as that Spirit Guide does not hurt you, then I guess it is okay. Someone told me once that we all have a spirit companion with us. Sort of like a guardian angel. I don't mind as long as he/she does not scare or hurt me. They're just there. It's actually comforting to know that.

yeah i think not BUT i want to express this that there are people who are sensitive to this things... some experts and people call them crazy but how can one explain something that isn't able to see or feel...

when i was younger, i have dreams that came true, i mean it really happened. in 10 dreams that i have 2-3 of them will come true... another example, at the middle of the night when i was sleeping, there are time when you just suddenly opened your eyes, like you were dreaming and then your eyes are wide opened, i experienced that and surprisingly, I am 100% sure that I saw the father of my grandfather standing at the door... at that state, i wasn't afraid, but couldn't move or say anything to him, i just felt normal... so looked at him (he was looking at me too) and i closed my eyes and just like nothing happened... and then the next morning, i was really really scared when i remembered it... and lastly last night, while surfing the web and the light was off, i positively suddenly saw a black thing like it was just suddenly past me... really i was scared and just was speechless for several seconds... so turned on the light and shut down the pc and sleep... isn't that creepy?

well, some other might say it just ridiculous, but unfortunately we just experienced it, nobody can blame us for that... Just sharing what i had experienced (paranormal)like cream97..

what i always do is just forget about it, stop thinking about it, and just move on just like i always do... if they are really here then so be it, just ignore them...

HI friend,What you experienced was only the reflection of your mind.There is no such spirit in this world,and please do not beleive all this.If the spirits guide us and protect us what is there in this world.Dont think of all that,and try to concenterate on something else.You would forget soon about the spirit watching.Your mind has started to beleive what other people had told you and that is why you feel someone watching,just ignore what others said and you would never get all those thoughts.thanks for sharing.happy mylotting.

I don't think so .
It's likely that you were too tired so that you became illusory .
Although I have heard about the Spirit Guide, I haven't seen it yet .

Hi Cream, let me say that I know exactly how you feel. I have battled with this for several years now. Since I was a child I have sporadically seen things that were abnormal but until about 6 years ago had expierenced nothing physical or major. Then the house we moved into when our daughter was born practically all but told us to leave. Things were going crazy in there and were becoming increasingly physical and alarming. I would still question my sanity had I not had so many witnesses to the things that were happening to me. We finally had put up with enough that we decided to leave immediately. Now I know that there are things I cannot explain, nor can be explained and I pretty much accept it. There is a television show on called TAPS and it is a fact based show that does their best to explain things and with a level unbiased view. If you would like to read up on them they have a website and a place you can register and ask them questions. There is boatloads of information on their website. Just type taps into the search engine and find the website for the atlantic paranormal society. I think they can help you understand better what is going on and that there is really nothing as of yet to fear except fear itself. Not mind you, that doesn't work for me, as I am naturally afraid, but for ppl with level heads which I believe you are it could definitly help to put your mind at ease. In my opinion, I believe that God has angels/spirits/unknown watching over us and I believe that there are ppl that haven't crossed over yet that are around us, some decide to get involved in a guiding way. Please check into the website, I really think that they could help you, or at least help you understand. I wish you luck in this, as I know that it is a scary thing. I truely felt insane, still do.

our mind and soul are such that whaterever feedback we give they will act accordingly.just like if you add sugar to ur coffee or salt to ur salad they become sweet or saulty. someone has told you that a spirit is following you and you have digested it.you have given this input to your mind and body and so your mind and soul both are acting acordingly. why dont you do something. there is no harm in trying this out. the spirit is not going to harm you because it does have any power. you have tremendous power because you are a human being. in todays world we have discovered so much thing but we are still in a process to discover this stupid spirits.so dont you try to catch him and try to find out who is he and how is he managing to hide himself from you.ofcourse you can ask as many question as possible because we all have n nomber of questions to ask.one more thing....if you are able to catch him and make him your slave you will be on the top of the world.you can make him do all you house hold works!
