Silence is golden

Have there ever been a day that you hardly spoke any words all day? That is how it was for me yesterday. My husband started a new job, and he was gone most of the day, actually he did not get back home until after ten at night. I did not call anyone on the phone, and I did not receive any phone calls. So I basically did not talk much at all yesterday. I may have said a word or to to my cats. Have you ever had a day where your voice was really not heard?

My voice is often not heard, but it isn't because I'm not talking. I live with people who don't listen to anything anyone says. I do agree, however, that silence is golden; I wish they'd practice some.

the silence is not a golden now.you should talk when you meet some clients and you speak in the meeting.if you are silent, someone feels you are a silent manand a shy man .you will give some that youare like the man.and in the society ,the silence makes you be in a low position.do you think so.,.,

yes, i am usually alone during the day because my kids are at school and my hubby is at work and i very seldom talk to anyone. i listen to the radio so i am not alone when i am working and i usually talk to the cat if she is around. it doesnt really matter to me that much.

There have been some days when I might have felt low and wasn't feeling very talkative or wanting to communicate much. It doesn't happen a lot but I think as humans we go through this once in a while. You are probably feeling a little lonely without your husband around but you will get used to it. I wish your husband a lot of luck with his new job. It will help your finances.
