Do you know anyone who suffers from chronic headaches?  

I get headaches a lot. At least once or twice a week. This week has been worse. I have had a headaches every day now since last monday. It right around the front of my head. I don't know what causes it, but I try to work without thinking about it.

lord yes. my wife get migrans and i get cluster migrans. cluthers are worst kind to get. nothing helped at all. even pain meds. you can;t lay down or sit up all i do is pace around the house.
but i found if i stay claim and not get upset and go and sit outside it helps

I have an uncle who swore by acupuncture. I have reservations. It is horribly non-scientific, probably psychosomatic or a placebo effect. Granted, what works for you works. However, it seems like a sham-science to me.

I have had acupuncture for pain and yes, it did work. Many years ago, a Chinese friend of mine had acupuncture during delivery of her first baby. No meds at all. She said that she had a wonderful delivery with painat a minimum. I have great respect for Asian medical procedures. They are less invasive. The trouble is that we expect instant cures. With my treatment of acupouncture - it lasted several months but was very effective. I have had no reason to return to him because of pain in that location.

The needle is short and doesn't hurt. It just kinds of slides in and there is not blood etc.

I have headaches and migraines all the time and sometimes pills don't help. But I bet acupuncture if expensive so those of us that can't afford it won't be getting any relief anytime soon.

I don't know anyone who get chronic headaches. I get them once in awhile, but not that often. I am not sure I could do the acupuncture thing. The thought of getting stuck with a needle repeatedly sound like something I would avoid.

i suffer from chronic head aches but i never tried accupuncture.a good rest and a couple of painkillers do give me releif,.

I don't like needles poking into me; so acupuncture is not that popular with me. Acupressure, however, is something that I use often to cure myself of aches and pains and minor illnesses. I admit it is not as effective as acupuncture, but since it works for little everyday ailments, I am fine with it.

Hello ersmommy. I often suffer headaches if I use too much of my eyes and brain. If I don't have a good sleep and rest, headaches visit me as well. Then the only that I can do to remove it is to take one or two capsules for cold, for this kind of capsules helps a lot. I need to take one capsule immediately once I have a headache. Otherwise I will have to take two.
