Have you ever been surprised by a gift someone received?

I was very surprised this year. I asked for a new wedding ring since mine broke a few years ago. My husbands broke too. My husband bought us the matching set this year and I was so surprised that he bought for the both of us at the same time.

Sorry so late in answering but I am catching up.. Umm well it was the year before Christmas(2007) My sister bought be a huge vase with sunflowers on it for my kitchen and it was loaded with beautiful sunflowers,ferns and other flowers. I was surprised because usually I get bath soap or rinky dinky gifts so that was a good year for me.

That sounds like a pretty cool gift. My son would have loved a bag full of money. I did not get any big surprises this year. My son was pretty psyched about most of his gifts though. Being the Ben 10 fan that he is he got mostly Ben 10 stuff.

That sounds like an interesting gift. I'm glad she appreciated it. Certainly has more flair than a gift card.
