Do you still remember MS-DOS?  

Of course,I still remember playing DOS based games like para troopers.I had to learn wordstar and Lotus 1-2-3 when I was in school including dBASE and foxPro.I still have one of those big floppy disk of those times just to remind me of old school days.First Windows that I ever came across was WINDOWS 95.Good day!

Yup, years back...the computers then were really unfriendly! We had to use DOS commands to delete, rename, copy and so forth. I started with Symphony instead of Wordstar - and to compare those applications with current ones, it's all so convenient and easy now!

yes i remember ms dos and have some dos base game like mario, wolf etc. ms dos is aprt of my computing. i have a internet cafe. when net is become sow dos is use for hold up it's speed. i use floopy disk but not for system start up. have a nice day man.

I still remember DOS, we use to compute grades before using that. I also remember my mom giving me two pesos when I was looking for my dos disk. lol

Remember it? I've still got it, MS DOS 6 that is. Not installed, in it's box. Plus a bunch of the old games like Civilization, Master of Orion, Master of Magic and many more.

I have DOS version 3.30 before i have a game. And i have a game after DOS (Disk Operating System) version is 4.0, i play digdug, gorilla, nibbles, tetris and other game. DOS-based applications like Wordstar, Wordperfect, Lotus 1-2-3, and Dbase. This is a long time i don't use my DOS again, after WinXP release. But, i have emulations for DOS using in XP and Vista.

I was working with MS-DOS 6.22 (which came alongwith Windows 3.11). To invoke windows, we had to type 'Win' at the command prompt. There won't be any 'Start' button. Instead there were icons. The 'Windows Explorer' was known as 'File Manager' and the 'Programs' menu was known as 'Program Manager'.

We are still running some Foxpro 2.5 (DOS version) applications in our office. They are now being converted into .Net

We used mostly Wordstar.

And we have a unopened box of ten 5.25" floppy disks. Our new colleagues said that they thought it was a newer version of CD.

Yes, i still remember MS-DOS. and DOS based application. In fact WordStar was the first think i learnt in computers. I loves playing games like prince in computers. it used to so much of fun. But GUI has changed everything but i still prefer to use command line for running programs and all.

I remember using Wordstar to create school reports back in my college days. I still remember some of those shortcuts like KB (Block Begin) and KK (Block End). I remember I have to enter blank lines so I can put my illustration and/or figures there. I can't remember if Wordstar has capability to insert pictures back then. Microsoft Word is a great improvement over Wordstar. Yes, we really come a long way.

no but I remember windows 95 XD looool once I tried using MS-DOS at school at COmputer studies and it was frustrating , GUI rules haha
