Seriously though, I know of water dowsers and I agree on the fact that some people are just naturally attuned to magnetic polarities, so can pretty much determine direction instantly; but I sure as heck ain't one of them! lol. I use the Sun, sure, but it's to SEE and keep warm! Hahahahaha. And as for the night, well I guess that's when I have to make my own fake sun and switch on a light..... Which way am I facing right now by the way?

Why do you want to know which direction you facing now ? Are you lost in the Egyptian desert ? Use your intuition , find the Panda and you know that you are facing North...

Jeeez, you're pretty damn cocky in regards to your running speed now ain't ya! My eyes are still not quite 100%, but I've been told to expect it to take several months before they get to that stage. Overall they aren't too bad and I just struggle still with the shorter distances every now and then until my eyes focus. And yes, the Earth IS flat! Anyone who says otherwise is an idiot!

(Don't suggest WHERE for God's sake!) All I know at this moment in time is that I'm not facing North, East, West OR South. Nope, I'm facing the WINDOW!

As for notifications, I have not had these turned on for over 2 years I'm afraid. I get hammered already with work related emails and I just have no patience for the mylot ones in parallel. You are not the first one to ask by the way, so I'll recheck this situation right now and see how much I can limit the incoming mails. If I'm able to stop them and STILL have notify on for people, then I'll do it.

I thought everyone knew where Stirling Castle was in relation to my house - it is on top of a big hill you know! As for Google earth - I can think of other things it would be more fun to surgically insert! lol

I have turned on notifications for a whole heap of friends now and triple checked to make sure that all email triggers are off. Let's see what happens! IF I start getting bombarded with emails though, I'm sorry but they're all going back off again! I've always managed without them and just click like a maniac to keep tabs on everything, but I do understand that other's need me to have them on so they can track me also. I'll at least give it a try!

Pain doesn't worry me! lol. And which half of me is a Pommie? It all depends really. I like to change the landscape on that front to serve whatever purpose I need to fulfil at any given point in time. If I feel like complaining for example, then I'm pretty much ALL British! The difference being that all I read each and every time is an actual stick shadow! "Hmmmmmm, yes! It's a stick shadow and it's definitely pointing...... THAT WAY!" Actually the rising and setting Sun would allow even the slowest directional dude like myself to determine East and West you would think, but I am originally from the Southern Hemisphere and lived on the East Coast of my country (Or as I refer to it "The right side" lol); and now I'm in the Northern Hemisphere and not on a coast at all! So this of course confuses the crap out of me and even the Sun rising and falling provided no guidance for me whatsoever! And I have personally met many people that seem to be able to instantly tell you the compass direction we're facing. It's uncanny really.

Another directional kindred spirit! lol. Yep, up, down, that way and this way is how it should be as far as I'm concerned. South South-East is of no consequence to me at all! Pretentious human compass braggarts the lot of 'em!
