Do your kids have a food they always ask for?

Not always. Sometimes she also needs to eat what we like her to eat and not always what she wants to eat. If we let the kids decide what they eat, they will be eating nothing but cakes and ice cream and we know this is not good for them. We adults should train them to eat good nutritious food.

When I was a kid I was always asking for fishfingers and spaghetti hoops. I'd not get it too often though lol

Yes. My daughter, since she was little, all the way up to her now being 17, has always wanted chicken nuggets LOL. I let her have it to make sure she eats.

my daughter is 14 years old. So I don't mind giving her the things she wants. Even if it's not the best for her to eat. We can get over it later on. We love to eat pop tarts a lot. So I have to buy her own for her when shopping. She also love ellio pizza's and those sandwiches made by lean something.

My son prefers cream cheese on his bagels, but he has never asked for it on his toast. One thing he is always asking for is pizza. If you ask him what he wants for dinner his answer will almost always be pizza. My daughter is always asking for fruit snacks and cheese and hot dogs.

Hello ersmommy. My son used to like instant noodles a lot and now he seems to like fried rice so much. My kids both have a favorite food. They go through phases too, as all kids do. When I create the monthly menu plan, I will ask each member of the family to name the dish they most want that month. My son consistently answers pizza! My daughter loves sloppy joes! I am sure in a couple months they will come up with something new, they always do.

Cream cheese sounds pretty good! But I don't know about eating it with everything. Children might go through stages when it comes to food.
I have a five year old boy that usually asks for peanut butter and jelly. It has become a common thing in my home for quite a while!
I think that a lot of children enjoy peanut butter and jelly. They just seem to go together so well.lol!
You never know. Your daughter will probably be onto some other kind of food kick after this one goes away.
I know that even if I give my son what he wants I usually make sure that he is eating something good later on like some type of fruit or vegetable.
It is not always easy to make them eat right though you know what I mean?
