Be careful taking extra minerals because you don't want to have too much of some things in your body or it can cause harm to your organs or tissues. You are better off with a combination of yoga, meditation, journal writing and even herbal teas like cammomile that can be consumed in large quantity without side effects.
You may want to condiser talk therapy because sometimes talking about the things that bother you can lessen them significantly.
Good luck.

I have learned that Magnesium helps you to sleep well, and as most people are too acid, they need basic minerals. I am taking KalMag with vitamin D from gnld.com and well - I sleep very well.
But we also need Omega3 as brain food. It helps our well being a lot. I started a discussion about natural help for depression - you find it in my profile.
There are good herb medicines that help for anxiety too. Maybe a combination of the above stuff would help..

no actually I have never heard of it for anxiety. Let me know if it is good, and I hope you consulted with a professional over this sometimes just talking all the supplements without knowing why they can do to your body can cause damage in other areas as well.

If the brain-chemistry is in need of them then yes, supplements can help with anxiety, but it is far more effective to find out what foods provide the vitamin/minerals needed and eat them, as vitamins and minerals are far more wholesome if they come directly from the food that produces them.
At the end of the day though, anxiety and stress-related problems need to be addressed from the mind, because they originate in the mind.
