I have a practice of watching daily news thrice from radio or tv at morning, afternoon and night. Have you also the same practice? Please discuss your views!

There is also a news bug inside me...I also watch too much news...Previously, I used to watch Hindi News Channel, but now I think I have matured a lot, because I don't dare to watch them anymore. My favorite newschannel is Times Now and BBC World...Yours?

Hello my friend Mitraa Ji, It was some 50 yrs back, even today we recollect that at 9 PM, we used to listen, "THIS IS ALL INDIA RADIO, HERE IS THE NEWS READ BY ....DEMALLO/LUTHIKA RATNAM" But under present scenerio, there is no news time. As and when we open TV, news is always available. One day, my son called me from office and asked me about 'dropping of bombs' in my city, who came to know from his sister living at far distance place. After I switched on TV, I found that in my own city, Bombs were exploded at nine places. May God bless You and have a great time.

I guess the right question to ask me would be "How many times do you change the TV FROM the news?"...lol! I usually keep my TV tuned in to one of the news stations - usually MSNBC - except for when I watch a series or movie. I probably have it on news an average of at least 20 hours or so a day. I normally watch my local news at least once per day but there are some days that I don't. I guess I'm what you'd call a news and political junkie - especially political. Annie

Twice daily. At lunchtime and again in the evening. That is quite enough as most of it is bad news and it can get quite depressing

I had habit of listening daily news from radio in the morning but now i do not get enough time to listen or read from news paper but its not mean that i do not listen. After office hour i watch news channels in the evening. As i have to spend my days in office so i does not get time to listen news in morning or afternoon.

Hi friend, i have a different practice i read news paper at the morning and watch headlines at the evening which gives me all the news that i need. I think it is better to read news paper than watching news channel.

I usually watch the new a little in the morning and in the evening when I get off work. I like to know what's going on in the world. Sometimes I avoid the news though. Depends on my mood.

I turn the news on when I get up in the morning. If I am home in the daytime I will watch again at lunchtime and in the evenings and again at night. Mainly to get the latest update on the weather because I get a lot of news online.

I get a lot of my news from Comcast on the net, but at times I'll catch the local news station here in Minnesota. That said, I do take news-fasts from time to time because of the amount of negativity in the news. I just at times need a break from all the daily strife in the world, and it always seems that lately there is nothing super positive in it. Namaste-Anora
