which hurts the most the TRUTH or the LIE?

Sometimes other lie for the reason that they are afraid to hurt the ones they love but did they not think that lying would hurt more than the truth..

same here not telling and telling a lie is different thing just can stand with a lie though.... that is what I am very particular of....

yeah you are right no matter how hard we keep a lie it will always come out in the open so whats the point of lying better tell the truth at least it would set you free.... If that person cant handle the truth then that person doesn't really care for you at all....

yes people may take it the wrong way, no matter what we say. some people would rather not know. they'd rather be kept in the dark than be hurt. because then they could pretend everything's ok... when it's not.

the truth and the lie can both hurt a person, albeit differently. but tell the truth anyway. it may not be the best thing to do... but it's the right thing to do.

It was her who lied to me ... I asked her why she lied to me but she took it differently.... I thought she trusted me but I guess I was wrong ... sorry to put you into my situation my friend...I guess you just feel me that i am so down thats why you have reacted that way....i just need someone to talk though and with this discussion at least I have you to voice it out with...now dont cry ok ....

yes, mylot is that. at least here we can vent out feelings we would not be even able to say out loud.

i'm not really crying... just tears falling... there's a very slight difference i think... i just can't explain what it is... but you know...:) now i'm smiling... but i still feel sad.

anyways, if you need a friend to chat with (pm/ym), i'm here for the duration. and it's an honest offer. and before you wonder why i'm doing this, let me just say... another mylotter did the same thing to me during a time i needed someone badly. i'm just... paying it forward.:)

Thanks Joe, and thanks for taking time to explain the different side of lying lol yeah I know all this actually I was not hurt that much about the lie but the fact that I am not that worthy enough of trust that she has to lie to me before. but dont worry everything is ok now.
