How often do you have your hair cut?

every 5 months!

I find it very expensive to have anything done to my hair so I very seldom have it done. My daughter always tells me how tired she is of my wearing my hair in a ponytail, but it is convenient for me and very cheap! If I am desperate for a nice hairdo, I'll wear a wig, but I do that very sparingly because they are hot and heavy.

I've encountered the same thing with stylists. You finally find one you like, and then on your next visit--poof she is gone. After a couple of bad haircuts you cringe and just hate to go. I am down to twice a year now because of that fact. I've even changed my style in the past years to where I can just get a cut or trim the length and that will be all I need. I don't trust a stranger anymore to cut my hair. I'm due now for a short summer cut, but I'm not sure where I will go because in January I discovered that the girl that had been cutting my hair no longer works at the salon I had been going to. I wasn't impressed with the stylist that cut my hair then so I doubt that I go back.

I cut my hair every 3 or 4 months. It's too expensive to do any more than that and it is not needed for me.

I have my hair cut about three times a year.The person who cuts my hair comes to my house and do it she is a fully trained hair dresser and is alot cheeper than a shop.If i want a different colour in my hair i have a nice friend also my mother to put a colour in it that way i only have to buy the colour i want.I am the same as you i would not pay alot of money to have my hair done either also i just have a trim each time and keep my hair long that way i can change the style by putting my hair up or leaving it down.

I usually have a hair cut whenever I think it's a little bit longer than I wanted it to be. I have a rebonded hair and I usually go to the salon after 6-8 months. The not rebonded hair shows after those months and I wanted it to stay rebonded. xD Together the rebonding I ask to either trim or cut my hair the way I wanted it to be:)

I have been cutting my own hair for years. The last time I went to the hairdresser I was 8 years old. My mother kept having my hair cut short and I didn't like it, so when I got older I refused to go. I have had my hair long ever since. I generally trim it when the ends get dry, but sometimes that is a long time in between trims. Other times, I might keep trimming and cutting over and over until I like what I have done. Still, I like to keep it long and probably will for a long time to come.

I try to have my hair cut twice a year. It doesnt always happen that way though. There have been times I have gone almost 2 years without getting a hair cut. I try to keep up with it but it's just hard having so many young children and their needs come before my own. I actually need a hair cut at the moment. I havent had one in just a little over a year now.

Hell0 katsalot1, I get my hair cut about every 7 to 12 months. I usually get my hair in a spiral perm. It is natrually straight and I don't like the way my hair looks straight I prefer having some body and lift in my hair. I had a friend in my home town that used to cut and perm my hair and all I had to pay for was the solution. she told me her daughter had someone else cut and style her hair because she didn't trust her mother but when I was at my friends house her daughter asked who did my hair and I told her "your mom has gotten my hair in the best condition I've had for years" which is true only now I have to pay someone else who doesnt do as well as my friend did and yes she was trained only she didnt get licenses because she went into work as a nurse. Before I moved I would get my hair trimmed every 3 months.It is getting time for a cut and perm again.

Well! for my self,I go to the hair dresser every two month. It cost alot!my haire is colored to the base and then I have stikes of blond that are put in.It really nice.For me going to the hair dresser is a real treat for me.
