Do you overeat during the festival or the journey or...

i eat a lot but i think not over coz when i feel like im already full, i stop eating already, but i really like to eat and i see to it that i taste all the food in the table!:-)

Hi hiddenwing, I love eating usually so if at a festival or celebreation or special event I would of course eat more! it is normal to do that and overeat when celebrating so it is fine I know you will feel not that normal because all of this extra eating but it will be gone after couple of days. So overeating in some days I think is fine and I would not stop myself from enjoying. Life is short .. Enjoy!

I always overeat during my journeys. The very first thing is that snacks and candies are the only stuffs to keep me in good shape while taking those boring trains, which i detest very much. Also, in fact backpacking is not that calory-burning as I suppose, but it makes me feel hungery all the time even though I know well it's my illusions. Now i'm on my trip in Germany and i just keep on eating from 8am to 12am and drinking all the damned good beers while feeling I'm gainning weight, but it's hard to stop. The only thing I can do is to go on a diet after go back home though it's not gonna work for me.
