are you the fast or slow eater?

Hello rizam03, I am one of the slow eaters. I like to enjoy my food. I also was told by my mother to eat slow and chew carefully at least 25 times so that's what I do and have done since I can remember.As for how long it takes it depends on what I am eating. If I have to cut the food I will take longer.For any one else as long as they don't have any problems I can see no time limit on how fast they could or should eat.

im a fast eater too... but i can eat slow if need be...

when im on my own, i tend to eat fast because i have a lot of things to do. also in college i eat fast too even my friends tell me that. but im not really bothered by it though, i think its ok, as long i chew my food before swallowing it...

It depends on the situation I am in..If I get enough time then I eat slow. If I have to hurry,I prefer eating fast so as to save some time.I take lunch very fast. Specially because at noon I am always at work,except for the sundays.But I take 30 minutes to have my dinner. I like watching television while taking dinner.

It depends on what I am eating..If its something which I love to eat,then I will enjoy every moment of it..

I thought I was the only one who eats that fast! My family is constantly commenting on how fast I eat. I think I do it because I am so busy. Usually, I am feeding the grandchildren and children first and by the time I get a chance to pick up a plate, they are finished and moving on to something else. If I don't eat fast, I don't eat. Trouble when I'm aloe though, cause I tend to eat more. Works for me in a restaurant though, especially a buffet. My husband is a slow eater. So, he gets his food and I help get food for the kiddies. They begin eating and then I go get mine. This way, we all finish about the same time. Up side to everything - just gotta look for it! Eat up!

and I thought I was alone!! LOL. I eat really fast.. And I don't know why.. I have never been a busy person, I just like doing things fast. Hehe. The thing with me though is I like talking, I like talking a lot.. But eventhough I tell stories over meals I still tend to always finish my meal first compared to other people, and that's taking into consideration that I don't talk when I have something in my mouth... LOL. Sometimes it makes me think on how I do it. eat fast and talk fast. Oh well, nobody's ever complained to me though. But I read somewhere that when you eat slowly, you'll tend to loose weight, because it gives your body time to tell your brain that your stomach is already full...

I can do fast and slow eating,it depends in the situation, whether when i am in the outside and eating in restaurant and other home, i usually eat fast to maintain the time that i spent in eating, and if we go somewhere and if we are doing something i am ready,when i am at the home fast and slow to eat and chew the food, and get some vitamin to the food i eat,and if feel that i had a bad mood an even when i feel sick i usually eat 3- 5 minutes fast and 5- 15 minutes slow.

Almost all in the family are slow eaters including me I usually enjoy the food I am eating so that it can easily digest in our body.. I think regardless of your eating manners, one should just balance eating. God says 'whether you eat, drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God'..

I m a slow-eater...I wants enjoy the taste of food...so, i would always eat slowly...If there is no time then i would not take food at that situation rather than eating Fast....
