Do you listen to music that is sang in a foreign language?

yeah me too i don't understand korean or japanese songs but i love listening to them at times. I guess the songs they make have that wonderful beat in it that is why even if i do not understand what they are saying they make me feel relaxed. I like the way they use their instruments and their music

Yes! I do listen to songs sung in a foreign language. I listen to opera songs and songs by Andrea Bocelli. I honestly can't understand a single word they are saying. However, when I listen I tend to imagine a beautiful place to relax. It makes my mind and body relax. But in Andrea Bocelli's case, it's his voice that makes me want to listen. His voice just blows my mind away.

Actually I do listen to some. I love listening to song in madarin, japanese, and spanish. I love hearing them, they are beautiful and soothing. Spanish can be up beat or sound so loving and beautiful. I just speak a little spanish and mandarin. Not really enough of either for anything. I do not speak japanese at all.

I do listen to foreign songs. I don't understand a thing but sometimes, the melody is really catchy and I like that! I listen to any songs that I attracted to, doesn't matter what language is being used to sing the songs...

Yes, I collect Cd's from Japan and French/Brazilian musicians. I like L'arc en ciel; a rock band from Japan. I have compilation Cd's of Jazz songs from French/Brazilian musicians. I believe that music is universal despite the lyrics from languages that we don't even understand.

Yah i do. I love anime and i love listening and singing the soundtracks of those anime and other songs too that has an interesting sounds.=D

I listen to Korean songs, actually I have songs that I memorized because I became addicted to it, its Perhaps love themesong from the korean drama Princess Hours. Me and my guy pal used to do duets of this song and we even recorded it. I also love songs from Hwang Jin Yi and Hong Gil Dong, these are korean drama too. I don't know if you happened to watch 100 Pounds Beauty I love the song there entitled Maria. Some Korean Films have good soundtrack too isn't it. I have known so many but I don't understand the meaning. I love the song of Wonder Girls, I am now playing Tell me and Nobody here at the office. I love their music. Its more upbeating that our music. Our music are mostly revivals or remakes which feels lame because they can't composed or produced originals. It sounds failure to me if they can compose originals. I love korean lovesongs, really am.

I listen to any language when the music moves me. Beauty of different kinds thrills me! I'm just as happy with Arabian or Chinese as I am with Japanese or old Italian or German operas, even if I don't know a word!

I have CDs of Amerind (both South & North American tribes) music, Australian Aborigine music, Sunni, German folk songs, old Celtic ballads, Russian Orthodox masses, Bulgarian, East Indian ragas, you name it, I probably have it! If it's good, I'll listen!

Yeah but only a few really. There are some of my favorite artists that sing in a different language but usually sing in English. Usually though if I am listening to a band that sings in a different language I usually just end up focusing on their music rather then their lyrics. Each band has at least two voices because they can speak with their mouth and they can speack with their instruments,
