I also love watermelon! I have tried the yellow one before but i like the red ones better! I don't get bothered by the seeds though and i like to chew on the fruit than to turn it into a juice! (I even like the dried watermelon and pumpkin seeds sold here.) We rarely buy the sliced ones because there are small pieces that are as sweet as the big ones, just enough for me and my hubby!

GOOD MORNING SWEET LADY, HOW IS YOUR SWEET GENT? I like the red ones the best to , Every once in awhile u can find watermelons here that are about the size of a large canalope. They are really nice for one or two but u don't see them that often. they are usually pretty expensise to. Hello my funny little lady! (we're of the same height actually!
) I told oreo we're that close! Can i also call you anti (sounds "against")? Oh, i wish you are really my aunt jo!
I'd like to see how you bite on that oh so juicy, dripping watermelon and then ranting while chewing some of the seeds, too! Really so funny!

I don't like the seeds, either. I've often wondered why they have so many seeds, myself. They do get in the way, don't they? There are seedless watermelons. Have you ever considered getting one of those? I remember being told as a child that if I swallowed a seed I would grow a big old watermelon patch in my stomach, lol

I know! I love watermelon. But I'm always spitting out the seeds on my plate. Not the kind of thing you want to eat on a first date.
Watermelon is the biggest reason I look forward to summer. The heat sure ain't why.
I need to go get more watermelon. The only available last time I went to the store was pre-cut chunks of watermelon in a plastic container.

Oh I love watermelon. They are so good to eat especially when sweet and cold. There are two varieties of watermelon here the red and the yellow. The yellow ones are rare and much more expensive than the red ones. I used to ignore watermelon but when I read that it is one of the most nutritious fruits in the world, I started eating till I find myself loving them. Yes, I too hope there are no more seeds as it is quite bothersome. But that is the way it was made by God and certainly He has a reason.

I most certainly do. It takes away half of the fun of eating it. The best I´ve had was a watwermelon juice in Venezuela. I don´t know how they got out the seeds to make a juice. Did NOT ask.

Hi JO, I just love watermelon! Yummy! It's good for losing weight you know (which is what I should do right now, hahaha!) Hmmmm.. those seeds are hindering me to eat my watermelon with gusto alright but it's ok, the bothersome seeds are forgotten once I got a taste of the sweet and yummy watermelon... Hey, share some
By the way, Nico loves it too, it's too juicy for the baby.

I will eat it and it is thirst quenching but I am not in love with watermelon at all. Same with pineapple and they grow out here. Don't have to eat them at all. I do hate spitting oput all the seeds in fruits though

To me the seeds are annoying but it does taste so good. I figure since I only buy watermelon about once a year it is worth the time it takes to pop out all of the seeds. I have bought a few seedless before but they really to me don't have the same flavor. It seems like the sweetest part is always close to the seeds.
