I'm Sorry, I'm Hurt, I'm an Idiot!

Don't feel bad, I do it all of the time. I am a total klutz. I have cut my self bad enough to get stitches while cutting a precut bagels.

I had to get a nerve re-attached in my hand when I stabbed myself while cutting brownies. I got 2nd degree burns on my hands while cooking bacon. I had to get knee surgery after going bowling. I have a long list of thing I could tell you but I don't have the time.

Just feel better and know you are not alone.

Oh my dear friend...how awful. I'm sorry I'm late responding but at least by now you may have recovered...I do hope so. I'm terribly careful these days because I'm a bit doddery on my feet sometimes and if I go down....I'm unable to get myself up because of my bad knees. I'd probably wet my pants going down and getting back up too so you see...it could have been worse. It's hard to say which hurts most...the ignominy of the situation or the actual longer lasting jolt to ones joints and bones.

I know what you mean about 2 weeks ago my husband and i were coming out of a restaurant and i fell down. i miss the one step with one my left foot and down i went. my husband tried to catch me but could not. my knees and hands hurt for a week when i got home the day i fell i iced the knees and hands it help some. hope you get to feeling better soon. happy mylotting when you can.

You're not an idiot sissy. I am sorry to hear you are hurt. I hate when i trip and fall i always seem to break something. I am so scared that one of these days i wil slip in the shower and be lying on the shower floor hurt and no one to help me. The older we get the more aches and pains we suffer.
