Which colour car would you prefer to buy?

I choose to purchase more of the neutral color cars. I like black, white, or grey mostly. That way I can match my interior however I decide I want to decorate it. I love having a new car and am actually looking at buying a truck here pretty quick and think that black looks pretty smooth:)

i would either get a light blue or white car because i have been told that they are cooler. the lighter colors reflect the heat better than a darker color. also blue is my favorite color and white is a common color.

If I had a choice it would be black something along those lines but anything dark will do white is just impossible to keep clean always looks dirty

Car colours have never been an issue for me. When shopping for a car, I know what type of car I want and when I find that car in the right condition for the right price, I buy it!

My wife and I have owned cars now for 20 years and for some reason the right car for us at any time has always been blue or white! I never set out to buy those colours but still come home with them everytime!

I have had 4 white cars and 4 Blue cars in that time and my wife has had 2 white ones and 2 blue ones.

I think that white is an easy colour to look after!

If I were to buy a car, I would buy one with shiny black color because I love black cars more than the other colors. I think that this color looks very nice and noble to me. Many of my colleagues have cars of different colors, like black, gray, purple, red, navy blue and so on. But my favorite is black. Thank you for the discussion, dpk.

This is an interesting question. I went out 6 months ago with specific intention of a BLACK, 5-spd, 2-door. (Yes I no children and disposable income) I had decided on black since I thought it looked sleek and I was a fan of Knight Rider as a kid lol. Plus 4 years of a silver car, I wanted a change. After looking at many vehicles it shocked evryone when I got the furthest-away colour possible and chose a cream convertible*sigh*. But it did look rather classy with it's black top. I say cream as I have had it next to white cars and it definitely not white. I think it is impoortant to be satisfied with your car colour since you are going to spend time in it it may as well be a pleasant experience. I think the next car will be black though, and that will probably be when the kids have arrived and I need something more practical lol.

My daughter's grandmother bought her a new car in May and she decided on a white car. Her other car was a red one. My mother had a red car and my brother has a red car. We were a red car family. Anyway, the white car is the best color for where we live. Interesting discussion.

Even thought there's always that strong urge to buy the darker coloured cars, from my experience, the lighter colours are definitely more practical. I've owned many cars throughout my life and the silver and white cars WERE cooler and easier to keep clean! They don't show up the dust as much for one. I prefer silver over white though.

I'd like to have a green or silver car. Simply because color green and silver is our motif when my husband and I get married three years ago. Green is his favorite and mine is silver. I guess silver is perfect fit for green. My house is color light cream with black lining combination. The picture frames are all exclusively green and silver. I want all my stuff would be silver or green. So if given a chance i want to have a silver car or green car. Happy Mylotters!

I just love the colour black. And it is a colour that not many people go for. I am not sure of the absorption of heat but i think now there is a wide choice for interiors to make sure that there is lesser heat absorption.
