Yes you're right. For directly make money, mylot is a waste of time. I'm a member since october, and not yet got the minimal limit to request the payout.
Anyway, I found mylot is a really useful source of information about how to earn online. Thanks to mylot (better, thanks to mylot members) I joined some really good programs where I've got good money.
Knowledge is power, and thanks to mylot is easy access a knowledge base about the online earning world.

I think that for me, If i were to even think about the payoff would take me a few years to reach $10. I don't even make comments much. I just read other peoples comments and only comment when i feel like i have something to add.

I make a lot of money from my other ventures I just like Mylot for the conversations and the ideas.

I'll bet you if they said that people will no longer get paid for participating a lot of folks will be gone in a flash.

Totally agree. Paid to post forum normally would not pay much or they will found problem on the fund. So, we can not expect much from mylot too. However, mylot no doubt is one of the best forum for the member to share and post.

I agree with you when you say that myLot is a good place to share ideas and in the process make some bucks. This is the reason why I remain active, I enjoy participating in discussions, passing on knowledge as well as learning something new.

But when it comes to making money with myLot there is one aspect which I think you have missed. Being on here gives you the opportunity to network with like minded people, mainly being those looking to make extra money. In the process of responding to discussions it is possible to direct people to your own sites via your profile page and so there is an indirect money making benefit of particpating here.

actually mylot is not a money making site.it is just like orkut or facebook where people with common passions share their ideas.getting paid is an added bonus.hence,one musn't commit himself/herself to mylot just because it pays.a good thing that this discussion has been raised.

we should not think that participating in this site is a time waste. we can get more friends from different countries and we can chat with them and can take any advice from them.we even can earn some little amount from this site. if we answer more posts with good quality, we can get more cents daily and simply we can earn minimum amount from this site. this site pays us money every month prompty,and it is not like other fraud sites,who don;t pay us ureally.

yeah! Its hard to make a dollar here. Well, i dont even know how much they put per post. Honestly, i already cash out one of my PTC. But here..i dont even reach a dollar yet..
