Don't you feel bad after you spend that money?  

Yes, I regret it, because at the moment I'm unemployed and the economy is really bad. I feel sick and wonder where my next money is coming from. These times are horrible. I never used to be like this.

Well, you have to eat. However, I know the feeling. It seems like I try to find stuff on sale, and I try to be frugal, but the grocery bill just seems to be going out of control.

I did well this week, I stocked up on some items that were on sale. Hopefully they will last at least a month if not more. I did the same thing around Memorial Day. I like it when they put everything on sale cheap around the holidays. I just need to buy enough to make it to the next holiday. LOL

I invented a game with myself a long time ago so I would not fall for spending money like that. I add up in my head how much I will spend and then I buy something that conforts me as much but without that expense. I´m sure a nice steak (to make at home and feel like dining at a restaurant) would be less expensive. With $32 I can buy a lot of really nice things to eat. You don´t have to confort you with so much: maybe even some fruit would be enough.

I get sick to my stomach every time I look at my grocery receipts. Everything is so expensive these days, and from what I hear it's going to get worse with the new taxes that are coming in the future with our electricity usage. Things are changing, but try not to feel too bad, we're all in the same boat with the expenses. It's good to treat ourselves every now and then, otherwise life is no fun at all.

ehehe..beh i think if you gain money is to spend them..so in reality these goods you bought are really unnecessary and i guess really expensive seeing that you did not buy so much and you spent about 32$ just for that..so you knwo may be sometimes happen so money are thought to be spent as well..

When buying frrom places like Sams club; you have to be careful.

Sometimes you can get great deals especially for things that won't spoil before you can use them up.

But, I have found times where large sizes were actually more expensive per unit (ounce, bottle, can, etc) than if I had bought several of a smaller size. I don't feel too bad about my grocery shopping unless I see an item I just bought at another store for a lower price in another location.

Yes and No. It's a bitter sweet type of thing. I'm happy and comfortable when enjoying these "luxury" items, however after looking at the bill and how much i spent i feel sort of guilty. I don't think the word "bad" is a good word to use, however guilty certainly describes how i feel.

A quote says whenever you spend your money on something that is not important, you won't have the money for something that is important.

On my part, I am more careful now when it comes to spending. I used to regret, but I am just in the midst of stress if I continue thinking. So now, I'd rather be happy and just spend my money carefully.

But its not bad to give yourself something to be fun, even if it means spending isn't it? I mean we only have one life to live and if all the time we are limited to small things, we won't enjoy it much.

The truth is everything is so expensive but I have never spent that amount on myself. The most I have spent is like 5 bucks. I have 3 kids here thou, 2 teens and a 2 year old so I have to make sure to watch what I spend to make sure they eat good.

I do hate spending money thou!
