Don't you feel bad after you spend that money?

i was used to having same situation as you a couple of years ago,but later i have come to learn how to spend money worthy form these terrible experience,anyway i think you will never do it again.all of us just know something after we spent money on it.

I will totally feel the same. Even though the difference is that my friends often looking after me, so that usually I don't spend much. But because the limited budget that I have, I sometimes feel sad to spend any money, but maybe that's just me okay? Sometimes I treat my friends to eat with me and I lose many money because of that lmao. I guess all depends on the condition I guess:')

Hi, i can understand how you feel. Anyway, it is still good that you're aware that you've spent more than you need, as least you know it. So, you may just take it as a reminder, to try to stop yourself from repeating all this in future. Once in a while, it is stil fine to spend a little bit more, to buy things for yourself, just as a good treat for yourself after working hard to earn the money.
For me, i've been always careful in spending that i seldom will let myself 'out of control' and spend to buy the things which i do not need. If i really did it,...ops..ya, i'll fell regret for it too, and will try to save a little bit in the next few days, in order to cover back the overspent amount.

yes i have felt bad after spending money before and i've started to think even more "i would have felt better spending less". thats actually a good feeling to have to avoid stuff like that in the future.

I feel really bad after spending a huge amount. What happens with me is that I spend money in excitement and then regret for it.

oh yes... i always feel guilty after spending a lot of money for myself... but as long as i can earn back the money that i spend, then it is alright... but i always make sure that i have a saving as well and i never dare to spend my whole salary until finish... just in case for rainy times in case if i am sick or unemployed... take care and have a nice day...

I understand what is really going on now but if you work to make your living then you shouldn't feel bad about it at all. Those money are for those that you need not to keep for nothing? you are lucky to spend only $32 but for me, everytime I go there... then at lease over $100 or something. I have to get food for my kids and then juice and then milk and then other stuff that I need.
If I spend on something that I dont really need then I feel bad but not on food tho cuz we have to live with it.

You know when I was younger I would spend like crazy and never think about it. And I would never return anything. I thought that I was too good and was embarrassed. Now that I have kids and a very limited means. If I feel I made an error that stuff goes back faster than you can say "Sam Walton"!

Don't beat yourself over the head with it. I am stingy and when I go to buy anything for myself, I regret it after wards. Either I paid too much or I should have left some for that filing cabinet I intended to get, I did not get enough, I should have saved some more, etc.
Maybe next time, just get one treat when you go grocery shopping next each time. So on one grocery trip, get that coke, another get that gum, another get that muffin and store the unused ones in the fridge or pantry.
