How Internet changed your life during the last 10 years?

Hi, friend. ten years ago, i didn`t even know about internet. Five years ago, I didn`t ever used it once. It was only three years ago that i became an active internet user. Now, I heavily depend on internet for my studies, shopping, reservations, software support and now for money. It has certainly bee a revolution.

Well right now my PC is my lifeline to the outside world. Actually my daughter and son in law have talked about how the internet has changed everything. We have become addicted to having it with us at all times. I wonder what my daughter would do if she had no computer. Maybe she'd have to clean house or do laundry or actually cook some decent meals...

I think internet has changed most peoples life complerely. It has mare our life more sophisticated. I use internet for almost everything from banking and official work to my educational work like researching and many more. Apart from that internet is also used as the source of entertainment and social networking for me. I keep in touch with my friends through internet and also for dowloading music and movies.

I sometimes think I need to get away from this computer, but it's really a joy! A series of traumatic experiences with my health and other things had left me pretty much a hermit, except for going to work. Sites like this one have opened me up so much! I'm no longer anti-social, although I do prefer e-mail to very personal communication, except with my husband. I'm getting a lot better, though. I don't think I want to be without the internet, and it certainly makes my job a lot easier, too. I think every teacher hates the usual paperwork, but I can just zip through most of it without sore fingers and ink all over me now!

The internet has changed both my life experiences and also my wife's. I am a family genealogist and I have traveled all over the south and east of the U.S. to do research about our ancestors. Now, I can get most of the same information on the net. About 3 years ago I built up another computer for my wife, so both of us are on the internet about the same time. We use it a lot to stay in touch with our 3 sons and their families. We never seem to write letters or notes anymore. We even use email instead the phone sometimes to talk to the kids. So it has made a tremendous change in our live style. I watch movies also through Netflix and that is very handy. If we go somewhere for a long stay we even get computer withdrawal.

It has changed it in many ways. First i gave my sons quite a shock when i got interested in it. They thought their mom was too old to learn anything new. Fooled them. . I first got on it to sell on ebay when i had my antique store. I don't do that anymore but since i had to quit work on account of health problems it has been a lifesaver for me especially mylot. It passes away alot of what be boring time if i didn't have it.

I am internet addicted..I will feel handicapped without an internet access at home. Having a computer & internet access @ home, I can surf net,chat with friends,check emails,read online news and can earn some xtra bucks too by doin online survey or join MyLot

Internet had changed my life in 2002 only. I intially used computer just for playing games. But now after the evolution of internet i now spending time only surfing the internet.

Yes, indeed, internet made a big change in my day-to-day activities, especially in my business communications. With my work in the international trading sector, I have to communicate with business sectors abroad, and it used to be by fax before. With the internet now, almost all communications are through emails, and internet phones. It has become much faster and in many ways less expensive. Most of my personal communications are also through the internet these days!

i dunno how much it had changed my life at all...sometime during time period where i would normally be bored i check out a movie or mylot....but besides that my life is my life and the internet really dont have a whole lot to do with it....one thing i do know is that when i found out you could get paid to post disccussions and stuff...i do that alot more....but for the most part everything is the same...
