Do you think anyone really wants to know? I don't want to discuss all the negarives with anyone, nor all the positives, for that matter. "I'm fine" covers all sorts of unexpressed things.

Honestly speaking I am really fine as my soul is peaceful and my outer environment is also good, as their is a balance in my inner and outer environment so I am really fine.

Yes you are right. People mostly say that out of habit. Actually they are accustomed to start a conversation that way.The funniest part is that the person asking this question is rarely keen to know the answer to this question. Ironically, many people don't even bother to hear "how the other person is". They quickly move on to another thing without even listening to the reply. So, I think, both the phrases i.e, "how are you" and "i'm fine" are cliche. But hey, is there any better way to start a conversation?:P. So we have to live with that:)

well i may be fine but still in a stressful stage of work and family problems. that is how my life is everyday. but still i sturggle and face the problems without doubts and still finding ways to solve them. and i ma so proud of being strong of dealing with it all by myself. i may be fine because by now i got no health problems but i am not telling everyone that i truly am.
