The Swine Flu Vaccine: My Prediction: We're Going To Hear A Lot Of Lawsuits

No doubt you may have heard that it was announced yesterday that a preliminary testing of "subjects"--that is human guinea pigs are being tested with the newly concocted H1N1/Swine Flu vaccine, in preparation for the possible re-occurrence of this flu come this fall. That means that the testing of this vaccine is only being given about a month before publicly inoculating people with the vaccine--to my mind WAY to short to discover any detrimental side effects. I also heard on the news, that the government is recommending a more than usual series of vaccines...one for the "regular" flu, and two of this H1N1 vaccine. They recommend that people most likely to get the flu to get these vaccines...pregnant women, children under a certain age, senior citizens and others who may have certain types of health problems and more prone to getting the flu.
Can we say I feel a certain rush in lawsuits in the making? Here's the reason I say this. When there was the occurrence of Swine Flu in 1976, a frenzied craze soared and people were told to get the vaccine back then...the results were a disaster. Due to not enough time in testing it, many people died from the vaccine, or if not death had severe medical problems as a result of it...I can give a validated case with this as my mother when she was working at a bank had a customer whose daughter got the Swine Flu vaccine back then...the daughter suffered severe medical problems due to it and became a wheelchair bound cripple for the rest of her life.
I did some research into the ingredients of what is going into the H1N1 vaccine. All flu vaccines contain Thermisol...which is MERCURY--other ingredients are formaldehyde, a toxic chemical, aluminum, and get this.......the diseased flesh/organs of African Green Monkeys---you heard right
"...one of the key ingredients used in flu vaccines (including the vaccines being prepared for the swine flu pandemic) is the diseased flesh of African Green Monkeys. This is revealed in U.S. patent No. 5911998 - Method of producing a virus vaccine from an African green monkey kidney cell line.
As this patent readily explains, ingredients used in the vaccine are derived from the kidneys of African Green Monkeys who are first infected with the virus, then allowed to fester the disease, and then are killed so that their diseased organs can be used make vaccine ingredients....."
http://www.naturalnews.com/026779_swine_flu_patents_vaccines.html
(Warning: NOT a referral link but to an article about Swine Flu vaccines)
Another questionable ingredient for the H1N1 vaccine is Squalene Oil in which it was in the past reported that:
Squalene “contributed to the cascade of reactions called “ Gulf War syndrome. GIs developed arthritis, fibromyalgia, lymphadenopathy, rashes, photosensitive rashes, malar rashes, chronic fatigue, chronic headaches, abnormal body hair loss, non-healing skin lesions, aphthous ulcers, dizziness, weakness, memory loss, seizures, mood changes, neuropsychiatric problems, anti-thyroid effects, anaemia, elevated ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, deadly Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Raynaud’s phenomenon with paroxysms of lack of blood in fingers and toes in fingers and toes, Sjorgren’s syndrome with blurred vision, chronic diarrhea, night sweats and low-grade fever.”

(Above excerpt from: http://renovomedia.com/news/swine-flu-vaccinations-could-be-risky/)
Now am I reading this next part right...here's another excerpt from that same article
Vaccine makers and federal officials will be immune from lawsuits that result from any new swine flu vaccine, under a document signed by Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius, according to government health officials.
Uh--does that mean that people who get the vaccine and have severe detrimental effects from the Swine Flu vaccine CAN'T sue?? Sounds to me like both the government and the drug companies concocting the H1N1 vaccine are covering their azzes--that in itself should make a person very wary about this vaccine. And the fact that our government is recommending MORE than the usual amount of vaccines spells disaster in my mind. Like pregnant women especially whose unborn baby will be exposed to all these toxic ingredients.
Will I get the vaccine? Hell no! I had a case of the flu when I was eleven years old, and never had a case of ANY flu since and have NEVER gotten a vaccine and am not about to especially now---
so now that you know some of the facts here...are YOU going to get this poisonous concoction of a vaccine?

I have been getting the regular flu shot for the past few years but the swine flu is one that I do worry about. An ex-boyfriend of mine was in college at the time when they were giving the swine flu shots and he ended up in the hospital in ICU. Ended up he never made it out of the hospital alive. I am sure if he had not had the shot he would be alive today.

Of course years ago, most people never thought to sue doctors or prescription medication companies as we trusted them too much

considering a vaccine almost killed me in 1973..and i came down with what it was supposed to prevent, and i still have scars from it...
hell no.
i'll take my chances.
people can call me stone age if they want, but i'm proof they fail.
if on the offchance it does work,i'd rather the elderly get it before me because chances are they won't have enough.

chickenpox.my temperature shot up to 104.1 within hours-and i run sub-normal.
my older brother came home with the pox(as he was already in school)and passed it to me.lotta good that shot did.i still remember that brain fog too.
heh..i got some kind of shot at the ER-and the doctor told me not to whine-i screamed in his face.give me a shot when i already feel like crap, willya
..surprisingly i didn't get punished for that.
mom's had cortizone.supposedly it stays in your body.
she seems to have no ill efects, but she thinks that shoulder now creaks more than it did.

My mother since she was a senior citizen was advised to get flu shots...she never got the flu shot save twice--and guess what...those rare two times she got the flu shot....she got the flu
Gee, it was so long ago, but I had come down with chickenpox too as a kid...yet didn't get the shot for it...since we all (my grandmother, mother and I) were still living with my great-grandmother (who had been a nurse and into natural forms of healing)--she probably gave me natural remedies to help me through it--didn't even get any tell tale signs of scarring that the pox can create--my great grandmother knew her stuff

Well Sweetie, I know I am on the list for it, I am forced to have the Flu jab every year, as yes I am prone to the Flu and as you know severe Lung Infections, here in the UK they are saying that Doctors and Nurses are first, then Children, then People like me and elderly
In my case I have to take the chance as either one can kill me
I have never had a problem with the Flu jab and no flu since I have been getting them
I also have to have the Pneumonia jab regular which thank goodness is every 10 years as I have also had Pneumonia
So yes I will be getting it

Once again I se that you've done your homework, pyewacket! When my doctor urged me some months ago to take the regular flu shot I told her that I don't take flu vaccines. Your post is very informative, and I hope that people will sit up and listen. Now, I'm not especially big on conspiracy theories, but it has been bandied about that the H1N1 virus is man-made, introduced into the population in order to spread fear and induce panic. There's an old saying that you should always follow the money, well, we should ask ourselves who will reap the benefits of this massive campaign to vaccinate most of the world's population - Big Pharma! My last flu shot was many years ago when my children were small, and I vowed to never take another one. The things that they put into the vaccines are disgusting. I've also heard that the government wants to make getting the vaccine mandatory. I hope it doesn't come to that. Great discussion!

Nuts...they better not make it mandatory..and what if we refuse are they going to jail us???? The govt actually wants to make the Gardasil vaccine mandatory for young girls as young as twelve...there have been countless deaths of the girls within hours of getting it, or if not hours some days afterward...those that don't die often develop serious life long health problems

Hi pye,
Oh my gosh!!! I never knew that and I will keep well away from the vaccine, you just don't know what they are doing to you, I feel so sorry for those monkeys. They might cure of one thing but you come ou with another illness, thats what my mother used to say and she was right.
Bright Blesings.

Along those lines of what your mother said...my great-grandmother (who was a nurse and thought doctors were idiots)---used to say.."Either it will cure you, or kill you."

I am certainly glad you brought this information out. I have been getting the flu shot for years under the advice of my doctors, of course but now I think it may be possible that those vaccines along with some of the meds they give me may be causing some of the problems I have today. Now when I have these problems my doctors they either don't believe me or they just take my symptoms for granted. I will try talk to my docotor about the vaccine just to see if he has a clue what is in it. In my opinion doctors do not know as much as people think they know, especially about medicines. How could they when they only spend a few minutes with a pharmaceutical rep in between seeing patients? it is sad that they are recommending and prescribing things that ultimately are causing diseases in our bodies.

That's the real problem with doctors in general...none know what ingredients are in them, nor do they memorize ALL the side effects...it would be impossible to do since the listings of possible side effects can be rather staggering

I never got the flu vaccine and never will. Why should I when I don't get the flu to begin with? My husband got it once and he landed in the hospital the very next day as a direct result of it so he refuses to get it as well and we won't let our daughter get that vaccine either. I'd rather get the flu than end up very ill from getting the shot.

Thanks Pye! Some people can get it and nothing happens. Dr. was insisting he have the shot cause of his asthma. Well, now dr. won't even talk about it with him. The flu shot not only brought on a really bad asthma attack but also a mini-stroke. Noooooooo thank you. He'll take his chances.

I have to get the flu shot every year or I'll definitely get the flu for sure however, knowing I can still get the flu, it won't be as bad BUT now knowing about guardisil vaccine and how bad it is and now the swine flu, I'm right hesitant to get the flu shot this year because both will be in one shot. I'm going to wait and see how others that have the shot, are before I try it. I'm nobody's guinea pig. lol

I agree with you, it is much too early to "experiment" with a newly developed vaccine. I would rather wait a year or two and watch what results come about.
As for the regular flu shot, I have been getting those for several years now with no side effects at all. I have chronic bronchitis and just a simple cold usually migrates quickly to my chest and then to pneumonia (at which point they can cure it) so it just makes sense to get the flu shot. When I do get the shot I don't even get the normal amount of colds that year. But anything as new as the one for H1N1, no thanks.

I'm sometimes prone to bronchitis too, but still refuse to get any flu shots and I especially wouldn't get the swine flu vaccination not even if one gave me a million dollars

pye after reading all your discussion I sure wouldnt want
someone injecting mercury in any amount in my body
thats just awful. You are such a clever person to
stick to hunting for real information. now if swine
flue is offered to me I would run for the hills first
I have lost a lotof faith in flu shots as I have had
them and still gotten the flu.thanks for the wonderful
discussion that informs and warns us.

I have never taken a flu shot. I know that many people get sick from taking the shots. I think I would rather get sick from the flu than to risk dying from the shot. I may be crazy, but if they aren't going to do proper testing, I won't risk it.

I never get vaccines anymore. Even when I was undergoing chemotherapy, I never got a flu vaccine. I never get the flu since I watch what I eat and take care of my health. My daughter feels the same way with her and my granddaughter. There is too much crap in most vaccines that I will not have in my body.

I'm just betting most people don't know what's in those vaccines in general...I did an article about it for AC..when I did research for it to find out the ingredients I couldn't help thinking why anyone in their right minds would ever get any vaccine

Not only do they vaccinate kids too young but so many vaccines...used to be ten total now it's up to 36 vaccines--and yes, I still feel that autism has risen so much due to these vaccines. One of the ingredients in Gardasil is a roach killer...WTF?????

@nanajanet (4436)

I agree and it is not the main ingredient that is the problem, it is all of the additives and preservatives that are bad. In fact, vaccines, when I was a child in the late fifties, did not have all of this stuff and they did not vaccinate for most stuff.
We got the measles, mumps, rubella, and chicken pox. In fact, if one kid got it, the parents wanted us to get it, too, so we had the built in immunity.
Certain things, like Small Pox and Polio, yeah, that, I think, outweighs the risks, back in they day when it was rampant. They vaccinate kids so young these days and since that time, Autism is on the rise. It cannot be coincidence.
Now that one vaccine, Gardisil, that scares me. First of all, it does not work for types of cervical cancer and they cannot guarantee that it can work for THAT type. Also, there have been deaths related to that vaccine.
I like reading Mercola.com. There is so much information on vaccines and how to stay healthy without them.

As someone who works in frontline healthcare, I've been told that we'll be amongst the first to be offered the vaccine (along with the under-16 age group)& that "it is hoped that all staff will accept". I have been having regular flu jabs for a few years due to underlying health issues but I will be wanting more clarification and assurances as to the ingredients/contra-indications of this one before I take up the offer.

I think if more people were made aware of the ingredients of this H1N1 vaccine they would question it more and be more hesitant about getting it, rather than blindly being told one needs to get it
