how many pending friend requests you have in mylot?

I guess you can give some more time. Later on delete it. I am also planning to delete my pending friend requests soon.

I think that some of them did not sign in Mylot for a long time. Some of them do not want to accept your request. Give some time, maybe 1 months before deleting them. Good luck.

yes, i will take a time of one month. some members are realy not active but i have seen in my pending friend's profile that some of them are still running. but as i feel that some of them are more interested in eanings than making friends or living in a world wide social network.

Yeah, I agree with you shibham. Some people concentrate on making money in mylot until they forget that they can make a lot of friends here. Some of them only accepts friend request from real life friends and mylot users that have high reputation point or high number of posts.

high reputation of posts is not a matter at all bcoz "yes", "no", " i know", " i don't know" may be the answers of discussions and it will increase your number of posts, but is it a real reputation. COUNTERFEIT. yes some are too blind for it.

I have seen some people with high number of post that only post simple one line stuff. Not really contributing to the discussion. There is no point to add just them as your friend.

but some newbies as well veterans also run after them who have high number of posts. those are here only for money. too much greediness is bad. isnot it?

Yup. Of course they can earn a lot by being greedy but most probably they wont have fun doing it. Mylot is created so that people can discuss good thing and make friend. The money earned is just an extra. Anyway, they are not going to loose money by accepting friends request.

yes u are 100% right. money is additional benifit of mylotting. the primes are friends and knowledge. but who care? a minimum number of mylotters. do u notice that there are more than 5 money making discussions everyday in mylot? what do u think? some mylotters are using mylot as a mediator of earnings through other sites.

yes there, one month is not enough but i have deleted them who were 5 months old. is not it annoyed friend?

5 months is quite long. I think I will delete some next week. I personally do not like to delete it but it annoys me. They most probably wont accept my request anymore.

One of my real life best friend also ignores the friend request. I asked him why he ignores them. He said he was too lazy to accept them as he was spending a lot of time trying to earn more in Mylot. He only accepted me as friend. There are a lot people like this.

earning and making friends are totaly differant. noone can keep it up in a single forum. so, as per my knowledge, they are realy brutal and dangerous who pretend to be friend but run after money in real life too. they can hurm u or push u to any unwanted situation as well they are money sucker. is not it?

You are correct shibham. We must try our best to stay away from them in the real world. Even in the cyber world they are dangerous. They could scam you in internet money making schemes. But there is no harm in accepting friends request in mylot. I am really disappointed in mylot users that did not accept my request. I am almost done deleting the pending ones now. Too bad this have to happen.

in real and cyber world all are not same as our five fingers of a hand are not same. it is too hard to find out who are scam or real?
hard task realy. i have been cheated or betrayed by my friends for saveral times. i was realy hurt by my faiths.

I am sorry to hear that. I also have be cheated many times. Hopefully it wont happen to us anymore. You can trust me as a friend. I value my friends more than money. It is hard to find good friends nowadays.

hi zandi, it is quiet interesting that you are requesting now still having 703 friends. how you select a friend for you? can you handle all of them. don't mind, i know its your private issue.
well, now i am thinking that i shall delete them who are more than one month old. having a list of pending request is realy clumsy. if anyone has no interest to dandle me then why i shall be too loyal to them. isn't it?

I seldom request now. Each time when I post new discussions I get people requesting for my friendship. So I just approve them when I see they have responded to my discussion. Many of those on my list are sleeping partners. Some never even response to my discussion. I will once in a while go through my list and delete those that I have never seen participating in mylot. I really didn't realize that my friends list had soared up to that number.

yes, i also don't like sleeping partners like u had. i also deleted one of my friends and now i m thinking to delete some anothers too. yes here are some mylotters who are totaly inactive but i hope they will be active very soon.

Yeah. I agree with you. If it has been 4 months and they still did not accept your request, most probably they will never. You are better off deleting them. I accept all my friend requests. I do not see the harm of accepting all the requests. I guess other people have different opinion. Happy Mylotting.

Hi shibham, no I usually don't. I just accept them blindly and hope for the best. It's worked for me so far.

The most current one was 1 month old. So I decided to delete them all.

Finally you deleted them, sacmom. I am deleting my unanswered friend request now. Half way there. Shibham, I also have some friends that are not active. Only one or two posts and then they go silent. I was thinking about deleting them but there is no harm keeping them right?

Hmmm. . . I wonder about deleting inactive friends. I myself belong to many social networks, but I only frequent one or two. I join a lot of sites with the best of intentions. The reason I only frequent one or two is because they are my main blogging platforms. Others I visit every now and again, and still others only once in a blue moon. I even joined some that I haven't even filled out my profile info for, but I know eventually I will get around to it. So, I must look like an inactive friend on the sites that I visit infrequently. However, if I get a notification that someone has sent me a comment or message, I make it a point to go back and respond. Sometimes, that's all it takes to get me to be more active. It's not that I'm trying to be rude or anything, it's really just a case of out of site out of mind for me, or maybe on certain profiles I've seen I couldn't find common ground in order to come up with something to talk about. But they did, and the results were I've gotten some amazing friends that I wouldn't otherwise have if they had deleted me for inactivity.

I also have a lot of inactive friends who I have had the pleasure of doing some memory jogging just by going by their profiles and saying, "hi." a lot of times they will reply with something like, "hey, how's it going? I forgot I was even a member here." Or something like that, and they have since become very active.

I'm not saying this happens every time, but I don't mind keeping the inactive ones on my list because you just never know. I've had some of my friends not able to access the internet for ages because of issues with their service providers or computer crashes or whatever.

All I'm saying is sometimes we have to make allowances and/ or the first move. If we want people on our list to be more active, maybe we should be more active with them. I have been on both sides of this fence and I've been grateful for the ones who have engaged me in order to get me to be more engaging instead of just dropping me.

I never deleted my friends. I also accept all friend request. The more friends we have in Mylot, the fun it becomes. Hopefully you wont have any pending friend request that are not accepted, brienn. Have fun in Mylot.

hi there, 30 is enough but there is 50 in your just previous response. there is not any reason to keep those old requests. so you have done the right job that u deleted them. u can't say that this is only their loss, actually both of us bcoz we have also to learn something from them.

hi daryljane. yes u have found that they are not in mylot but as my investigation, most of my pending requestes are still in mylot, i don't know why they didn't accept my requests but already i have deleted their names from list. thanks for response
