I haven;t been outside the country. Am I the only one?  

actually your not the only one who felt that way me too. i want to explore the other country, but suddenly i don't have enough money to travel...so i understand what you feel.

i haven't been out of the country, as well because i have mild claustrophobia. i get anxious when i'm in an airplane. however, i can tolerate 30-minute or 1-hour airplane rides. so i just travel with in my country. hehe but i do have plans of travelling the world someday. but not right now. i don't have the time nor the money to do that yet. hehe :)

That's not a big problem for me. I've never been abroad before but many friends of mine have the experiences. However, those could not worried me. When I feel free and have plenty of money, I will visit abroad but I won't live abroad.

I love travelling and most of the time I am hooked to travel and living channel. But I havent travelled abroad, though I love to. I envy those who travel. I wish one day I will have enough money to travel the world. i love to work abroad especially europe so that I can see many countries without getting visas and without the hassle of currency conversion. There are many beautiful places in Europe and there food is simply yum.

The past is history and the future is a mystery. I think that you might be able to change the fact that you haven't yet been out of your home country. You might be able to plan to visit one of your neighboring countries. It could be a weekend away staying in a guest house. I know that a journey can start with a single step. I began traveling to France when I was a child. It is my next door country and it has always been easy to get to. I saved up money from my paper round when I was a teenager to reach Greece. Good luck with any traveling that you will do.

Hi Ash, don't feel that way. My two sisters and their children have never been out of the country as well. In the school where I work, not many people have been outside the UK.

Honestly speaking, it's not really all happy when you're outside your country. Some people do it because they want to earn money and so they have to sacrifice being away from their loved ones.

Sooner or later you will have your turn. Just don't stop dreaming.

Well, you are not all alone in this world, my friend....Me also didn't have any opportunity to travel abroad yet I like to read travelling experiences from other people, I get inspired to work even more.....There are a lot of opportunities in life and I think what we will do is to wait....^_^

I have the exact same experience. Everyone I know has been out of the country except me. I don't think you're underprivileged, because I'm not. And I think that we will get our chance, and we will travel in the future. But I for one will cherish all of the things in my town while I still can, because I don't know when I'll leave it or when I'll die. I think it's important to be grateful and content for now, so when good fortune does swing your way, it will make you even happier. ^^

Hi, I am always dreaming to see the world and it's always on my wish list. I'm saving for a trip outside my country just to experience the site and sounds and become a tourist.
My brother has been to other countries because of his work. The company sends him for trainings or whatever. My Mom had gone to another country for a seminar so does my aunt. And I have relatives who work in another country. And I have a cousin who now lives in another country because she married a foreigner.
Don't feel so low, maybe someday you can go and see other countries maybe in a different way like being a volunteer or getting petitioned or attending a gathering. Who knows, what's in store for you and me too?
