 I seldom turn off my computer when I stay at home. If I left for something else, I will turn off the screen only, and let music keep playing on the computer. What about you, my friend? How longest was your computer working without break? It's always nice to hear from you.

and i uses power manangement in windows to turn of monitor if the computer is idle for more than 2min.

My point is, turn off the monitor while is idle for only 2min is too short, I will set it at least for 10-15 minutes, as there is quite possible that I leave for a while that is longer than 2minutes, such as answer a phone call, eat a snack, etc. Happy mylotting, my friends: ) | |

It's also true that PCs slow down when overused. In my case, my laptop's battery even got damaged because of my frequent usage and it not being able to rest but i had no choice..:( | |
