I Am So Far Behind

With moving into our New home just about 3 weeks ago and trying to get everything situated, and then working Full time, having a house warming party, and then supposed to be having company in from out of town this coming weekend it has been a busy busy month for me, and I have fallen way behind in keeping up with my friends, and posting, starting New discussions, handing out Best Responses, etc. as well. I know it is almost the end of the month already and I really want to get a little more caught up but not sure where is the time.
Have you ever felt like you are falling way behind here in your Posting in myLot that it seems like you might have friends who feel you are neglecting them, etc. and people wonder where you are at? Well, have no fear I am still here, and will try and catch up on posts etc. as I can. Have a wonderful Thursday.

I don't think that has happened here on mylot, but I'm not sure. On other forums I've disappeared and I think they've wondered where'd I'd gotten off to! lol! Just try to relax and get everything organized and done. We understand you have a life outside of mylot, lol, heck we all do... Have fun with that get together of friends from otu fo town!

Well, my friends did not come in this last weekend from out of town like they were planning on doing, but said maybe sometime in October they will come for a weekend. So instead I posted in here in myLot quite a bit and also took time out and went to our Fair since it was the last weekend and had a wonderful time just my husband and I.

I am glad you had a good time, and hope your friends can come down in October to visit you. We have a few fairs in NC, one of which we didn't know about it. The fair we usually go to starts the beginning of October, and runs until my father in law's birthday. Last year we went to the fair on my father in law's birthday as that's what he wanted to do. We had a fun time. Listen to me blabbing, sorry! Hope your doing well though!

Hey Tina! Congratulations on moving into your new house! I
can imagine how busy you are and how happy you are to now finally
have your new home! I know how difficult it must be trying to
get your new home set up, work full time and try to mylot! Don't
worry about mylot! You know how that goes! We will all be here
waiting for you when you are ready to have some free time again!
Just do what you have to and make your new place comfortable!

Thanks for the kind wishes my friend. I am getting things going again even though I still have a lot of stuff to do in getting my New home more organized, but I am actively posting here in myLot again as I can. Just trying to still get more caught up is all.

Take your time! You have alot on your plate. There is no need to worry about it, just start with keeping up and going back and trying to catch up when you can and if you can. I have missed alot since my son's surgery and there was just no way to get caught up. I just finally gave up.

Well, for me, I am trying to do what I can when I can, and somedays that definately means more than others. Since I do work Full time and very active in Church and other things in life my Email sits and waits just so I have some Free time to spend here in myLot for sure.

No problem at all. I am glad you got all moved. I get behind here at Mylot also but I am not sure if my friends have noticed because I try to come here every day and be at least a little active with them. Hope to see you around more soon.

Well, it varies from day to day how active I can be here. I do work Full time, and very active in church, and live a little further from my work than what I used too, but I am still around. Been trying to be a little more active lately so I can get a little closer to payout so I don't have to work so hard next month if I get busy doing things.

It is so easy to get caught up with myLot a lot of times when you should be doing something else that you do end up loosing track of time, but at the same time knowing that you are having Fun, and earning a little extra $$ in the process makes it all worth while as well.

yes, I have gotten behind many times, but once I can get back I just start plugging away on catching up - and it happens after a while - don't worry about us, we're just online, we'll be here - at some point "real" life has to come ahead of "online" life

That is for sure. If it did not I would end up homeless because then I would not be going to my Job and making $$ to keep my bills paid and my house payment, etc. Plus it would stress my husband out too much trying to do everything on his own as well. I am here as I can be, and trying to get a little posting in here tonight before I head off to sleep in just over 10 minutes.

Hi Tina. Don't worry about getting behind on here. I'm sure it happens to the best of us every now and then. I know it does for me. Real life situations happen and we have to put mylot on the back burner during these times. There should be no need to apologize for it. Your friends on here will understand. If they don't then you need to find some other friends.

I'm sure your friends will totally understand, Tina. I, for one do know for a fact how busy one can be; especially when there are just so many things going around at one time. Just relax, take a deep rest and come back to the lot whenever you are free. I'm sure you will always be able to catch up. Take care, aite..

Well, I have been finding more time to come in here and be more active lately. Just not been taking much time with my Email and Email groups, and hope that does not end up causing issues in the future as well. But personally due to moving, etc. my time online is often more limited so knowing what is always the Best thing to do is a hard one for sure.

hi tina don't stress yourself as we most all of us
have been there and done that also. I am still behind
on my discussions although I did get caught up on my
latest one. I have one with 114 responses,wow,now that
is going to take some time. I hate to just make one
sentence comments and try to at least use three or
four sentences for responses and comments so it takes
me awhile.

I wonder how many still respond back to discussions that are months, or a yr. old or older? Do you respond back to them, or just go and choose a Best response and move on or what? It is a hard thing to know what is Best for sure.

I get to feeling that way too, life has been so busy for the past few months, that I haven't been able to be as active on here like I used to be. I just now went and looked at my friends list, and there were a few that I never turned their notifications on, so that means I never seen their discussions they started, its a wonder they didn't delete me yet..haha. I'm trying to catch up today, we went on vacation last week, and got back last night, my inbox is so full, its taken me all day to get caught up.

Well, for the last couple of days I have been busy trying to play catch up and helping my earnings in here for the most part as well. I know it does take time and if you do not keep up you can become overwhelmed, but I do appreciate your comments here, and Wishing you the Best as well.

Well, I have been enjoying my New home, and slowly but surely getting things a little more organized as well. It seems like somedays I feel like I am getting somewhere and other days feeling still quite overwhelmed but it is getting somewhere for sure. Just taking time to do things as I find time while making sure to not ignore all of my friends here in myLot as well.

Please do not feel bad about being behind. Life does get in the way of mylot sometimes...lol. I am trying to go back to old posts as well as answer new ones and I have some as far back as April and maybe even before!
I don't see myself being able to get to all of them or even close, but I will do my best. Good luck in catching up!

Do you still respond back to your old discussions like as far back as April or do you just pick Best Responses for those discussions and move on? I never know what is Best, but I come in here and post and respond back when I can.

Yes of course! Life just tends to get too busy, especially around the fall time, for me too! Going to school full time and then working 30 hours a week kind of makes it hard to keep up with MyLot..But we always manage to find ways to sneak on, even in between the to-do's on our very busy agendas. 
. It's called being a MyLot "lifer". lol. I don't know you or who your friends here are, but I couldn't imagine that any of them are upset with you for having a busy life. It's totally understandable and you shouldn't ever feel bad about it!

Yes I have felt like you do and in fact was inactive for months .The key to prevent from being inactive is to make at least one post per day but i have learned the hard way that if you allow yourself to go for days without posting then days beome weeks and monts and god forbid years .I hope however that you cath up on your posting in time

I'm sure we all understand. At least I do. You have been a very busy lady here lately, with moving into a new house and all. Mylot really takes a lot of time, too. I stay pretty busy all the time and mylot is one of the things that keeps me busy. I have been taking Sundays off from it here lately because I feel like I need the rest. Sunday is a very busy day for me since I go to church twice on that day. When I come back to work on mylot on Monday, I really do have a lot of catching up to do, lol! Kathy.

Well, for me the main day I am not in here is our weekday service since between working my Full time job, and then church that night I do not have time to get home from work until after church that evening and then usually I am just wanting to wind down a little and off to sleep for sure. But thanks for letting me know you understand.
