cleaning up the closet... you having fun or not?  |

 i am cleaning up my closet and i am having fun. found clothes that i was looking for that was under the folded jackets and sweat shirt that i don not use often. i found 7 kinds of perfume/cologne that relatives gave that are still sealed (i can sell this har har har) i also found a few PS2 cd that i finished playing but would like to do it again. found the partner of a few socks that i thought the partners was lost already (showed it to my wife and she said to make sure the socks are interlocked with the partners har har har). found also pictures and stuff that i thought was not there. i hope i can find money as well.

I havent cleaned my closet recently but normally when I do clean it what I normally find is pocket change (thank God too cause it appears at a time that I need it!) or I find some paperwork from my work that I was looking for and forgot were I had placed it.. if you cant find it in your room, you can bet its in the closet.

But the good thing about it, well aside from all your clothes are neatly arranged and the scattered shirts are already pilled up. I may find things that I thought I don't have. True, because I once want to buy a pink shirt that i'll be needing to our x'mas presentation and was surprised while cleaning my closet I found a pretty pink shirt that I bought four years ago.:) It saves me a few bucks! and my closet is all nice and pretty.

3.  sandymay16 (1303) | 3 months ago |  Hmmm I don't have a closet rather I hang my clothes in a kind of cabinet with no doors LOL but a curtain. The other things I put in separate 5 drawer box. But nonetheless I have not really been cleaning that.
I have plans to clean them before the Christmas season so I can discard items of clothing that I don't use anymore but are still good to give as bundles of joy for others.
But I had some items pulled out from my "closet" like receipts that I have been looking for. Then i saw a wooden picture frame which don't have a photo and my cousin said she'll give me a photo of her graduation. Then I found some glitter glue which was a long time ago still in plastic.
Well, I had fun pulling out the items and I guess I will have fun too cleaning it up.

| se7enthbird (2659) | 3 months ago | thats the reason why i need to clean my closet. wife just finished folding and ironing my clothes and there are no rooms to fit it. i guess i had a few new clothes, towels and pants for my aunt who lives at UK gave us some stuffs as an early christmas gifts. so i need to clean so i can pack the things i no longer use or keep the clothes that i dont use much or only use on occasions. thanks a lot for the response | |

| 6. homeshoppers (1064) | 3 months ago |  not fun for me as i feel so lazy to clean my closet but i have no other choice but to clean them. though sad coz i found some old clothes that still new and never use or wear them. and so sad coz i need to sell some that didnt fit me anymore and some i need to give out so that other can use it. though funny thing is i able to see something that i've been looking for so many years and that stuck into the side and other things that i cant ever imagine i still see them.

Once upon a time a long time ago somebody gasve me a set of old perfumes that they found in similar circumstances.
One of those was in a little green bottle and was obviously girlie stuff and was the best ever perfume/cologne I ever used.
I've since searched all over for the perfume and have even forgotten the name but it was undoubetedly the best I ever had.

| 10. cathy79430 (214) | 3 months ago | i think i have the same feeling as yours. i like cleaning up my closet and like to get all clothes out and match them again. sometimes, i can get some new ideas for matching clothes. i feel great when i wear the new matched clothes in the next day. and i like DIY too. sometimes, if i have some spare time, i will take the old clothes out and design again and make a new clothe.
