Have you used your furnace yet?  | |  I had to turn mine on last night for the first time this season. Last night it was just too chilly in the house. The thermostat read 67 degrees but the dogs had retreated to the bedroom and burrowed under the covers and I, with a sweater on, was almost shivering! So I gave in and turned on the furnace.
The furnace will stay on during the next week if nothing changes, it'll be in the low to mid 60's all week here. Have you used your furnace yet? I hope natural gas prices don't soar this year, as we're supposed to have a harsh winter!

It was so cold last night and this morning but I still resisted. The poor cats were glued to the bed and refused to move even after we got up so I'm thinking there can't be many more furnace-less nights!
