Do You Take Me Seriously?

Sometimes you do write some serious discussion but admittedly that is rare. I think there are a few myLotters on here that really don't get where you are coming from and do take you seriously! For those few, I think it might be worth adding a little note on your discussions like 'those without a sense of humour, need not apply a response' haha just kidding!! I don't take you seriously, well not all the time anyway! X

Oh, Pikey, I'm so upset. I thought all your discussions were meant to be taken seriously. How can I cope knowing that I have bared my soul in answer to such discussions as Hello Beardy and other deep and meaningful questions posed by you.
If you always used the word 'salt' in any spoof discussion, maybe, just maybe, people as evian as me would not be taken in.

I'm sure most of your friends can tell the difference between your humour and your serious side, I do. This sounds like your serious side right? lol
We all need to escape the reality from time to time which can be worrying, troublesome and downright drudgery most of the time. MyLot is a great escape where we can come and either off load our burdens and share troubles with friends, or forget about them for a while and have fun. Yes... I take you seriously when you are being serious and don't believe the trivia you make up.

I need to read some of your posts to really comment if I can call them rubbish. But the idea is not revolting at all. This is a discussion forum and hyphotetical cases that can spark a discussion is I think welcome. Ideas can be expressed in a hyphotetical fashion and get hyphotetical responses, there is no harm done.

I don't recall any of your discussions that haven't been tongue in cheek. You are so funny and while there may have been a serious thought scattered in here and there....you are pretty much known for your imaginative, not to be taken serious topics. What can be said. You must be one of those people who even when speeling nonsense still manages to make sense or sound like you do. I on the other hand could be dead serious and no one would take me serious. This really happens to you pike?

I do think I know when to take you seriously and, most of the time, that is not when you are on my lot.

Of course I ALWAYS take you seriously and I NEVER use sarcasm, nopey no.;)

I can see why people who aren't familiar with you would take some of your posts seriously. I tend to be taken far too seriously by certain people and not seriously at all by others.

maybe what you aren't seeing is that people are joining in the game (well I hope so) and acting like the stuff is real - like "The Onion" silly news
